I received the nuwave oven on 3/15/2016. The oven did not have a power key. The unit does not rotate!!. Please issue a return authorization for this unit. I use my power key on the microwave all the time.

7/27/2015 NuWave - I purchased some additional appliances with my
I purchased some additional appliances with my nuwave oven about three years ago and never used them. My previous blender wore out and I am now looking at some of the appliances I purchased from nuwave to replace my old worn out blender. One possibility is what looks like an Oster food processor, but I can't find the manual for it, if I even received one. I've gone on-line looking for a manual, but can't find what I'm looking for. Is there any way you can help me? I just need to how to use it.

I saw a TV segment about the NuWave stove where it said buy 1 with all the accessories, including the fondue pot, carrying case, 2 pots, 1 glass lid, a frying pan, a grill, a cookbook, and a video, and get a second one free. I wrote the phone number down and it was invalid. I checked the TV twice for make sure that I had written the number down, and still though I dialed correctly, it was still invalid. When I went online to the NuWavepic.com, it said it offered the Bogo - buy 1, get 1 free. However, all of the accessories and extras came at a cost, plus additional shipping and handling fees for each item ordered. This isn't what was promised. After putting everything in, the costs should have been around $150-160, but wound up close to $350.00. Very bad business ethics, therefore, I will not purchase your cookware as you will not honor what you promised on the television. I saw that they have this particular item in department and chain stores, as well as at different online shopping sites. I still will not purchase due to your insincere advertising. Just lost a 'would have been' coustomer!

I ordered the Nuwave buy one get one free w/pizza cooker & extender on August 1 2014 with a free upgrade same day shipping. They said I would have it in 1-3 days. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS! SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CANCELING MY ORDER & GETTING A REFUND. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE IN ANY WAY!
