9/3/2013 Oral B toothbrushes bristles keep falling out
I used Oral-B toothbrushes until I noticed that the bristles kept coming out in my mouth when I was brushing. I then noted that they were made in China. It figures! I couldn't find a toothbrush made in the USA, but I switched to GUM, which is made in Germany. No more problem with bristles in my mouth.

3/18/2013 Oral B - Why mwould anyone make a handle for an OralB that
Why mwould anyone make a handle for an OralB that does not fit a standard toothbrush holder is beyond me. I had to cut with a knife the handy part that the hand uses to employ the brush. Sometimes people get ahead of themselves and don't ask for people reaction before production. Two thumbs down from me on this one. Lost a customer here.

12/29/2012 Oral B - I am going to call the customer service number. I
I am going to call the customer service number. I bought the oralB pulsar toothbrush.
I like it, but after trying to replace the battery and having great difficulty taking out the battery and replacing it, I find there is no contact made to restart the toothbrush.
I hope that I will be able to contact your company to replace this toothbrush, because
now I have a toothbrush that is not working and I bought a number of batteries.

Please contact me because this is a great disappointment to me. Hopefully I won't
have a problem contacting someone from your company to obtain a replacement. I refuse
to deal with a company that does not satisfy its' clients.

11/11/2012 Oral B not responding to my messages
I have now spent more than three hours trying to write an email to Oral-B and/or P&G. After I finished my email questions I was told that my question and messages did not go through.

I have a full copy of my second message in the form of questions. I am a retired Law Professor. I have read some of the messages of customers who also were also treated in a dismissive manner.

I have tried to contact the P&G headquarters in order to send it a my message by USPO mail. If you do not respond to this note, I promise you I will contact a former student of mine who is now a successful class action lawyer. If he reports that a class action law suit is not in the cards, then I will bring a case in the District Court in Boston. If you wish I will give you the names of professors at Boston College Law School, who can attest that I mean what I say and that when I perceive a wrong, whether it directed at me or others I care about I am persistent.

I am simply a 26 year old young man from California, and I recently took a trip that I didn't want to pack my sonicare toothbrush for so I browsed CVS and bought a Oral B pulsar toothbrush. I found that the pulsar toothbrush cleaned my mouth better than my sonicare ever has,
(I think it is the design of the brushhead and the vibration is better)
I would not hesitate to buy and use a similar brush longterm, but the pulsar lasts ONLY around a week of twice a day brushing. My sonicare recharges. But does Oral B have something similar with pulsars brushhead/brissels that I can purchase to replace that...?

I am trying to get someone--ANYONE-- to address why I have not received my rebate from purchase of an Oral-B Professional Care rechargeable toothbrush. I was reluctant to fall for the offer, but since I needed an extra set of toothbrushes, this rebate would cover that. I purchased this product in Nov., 2011, have received NO rebate, nothing, nada, since. I sent in all the required information upon purchase. I watched my mail religiously. Nothing came. I talked to "Willie" in the rebate dept. 5/12. She told me what to get from my dentist's office for verification of purchase, since I had already mailed in everything. She gave me a FAX number, which I gave to my dentist's office, and received verification that "Cheryl" had sent it. I waited and still NO RESPONSE. I have called several times (855-673-4178),(1-855-641-9038) and I get a message that "The number you have called is currently reserved for future use." and I just today have called (1-800-566-7252) and get no answers. I tried to do two e mails that would give "instant answers". Don't know what went with those. I was reluctant to go for this rebate (gimmick?) in the first place, but $20.00 would really help at this time. Ironically, I see the "trust" statement at the bottom of the document I was trying to send an e mail on. Makes me wonder if there is validity in that. I hope so, and that I can have my rebate, but then, also, have my "trust" and confidence restored in such advertisements and your company. THank you.
