7/28/2010 Orbitz are the worst people I have ever dealt with. I would never book with them again. They are incompetent boobs who don't know how to run a business. The first tip off is that they don't have a phone and you can never talk to anyone who speaks the King's English.

7/7/2010 I am totally discusted with the service I have recieved today. I recieved notice by E-Mail, that my flight from Denver to Rapid City Regional,RAP, had been changed. After recieving absolutely no satisfaction, and being on hold for one hour plus, from various idiot over seas operators. I am told by a Frontier representive that they no longer will service Rapid City after Sept 7 2010. However none of the overseas operators knew this and continued to keep me on hold and gave me eronious information. The Frontier representive also informed me that Orbitz would have to negotiate a refund and or make arrangements with a different Airline. Please advise via phone or E-Mail ASAP

6/17/2010 This company is a scam,takes your money,missed the flight due to an accident,and they still didnt want to let me use the ticket on my way back,although i paid an extra one way ticket to get to where i was going,but i couldnt use the ticket i paid for earlier due to "no show",

5/29/2010 was on the phone for about 5 hours to settle my issue about a representative rescheduling me for a flight that leaves on a day and time i didn't agree was okay. i will never use orbitz again! you are better off dealing straight with the airlines themselves.

5/12/2010 I called Orbitz last week to secure a vacation trip to Barbados in September. I requested 2 rooms for three people. She booked me for 1room.In addition she added trip protection unknowing to me,after questioning the bill total she proceeded to remove it.We lost telephone contact in the middle of the summary and she never called me back. I called later and spoke to a supervisor and at that time I learned she only booked 1 room. I had to cancel the reservation.I subsequently booked the trip using you online customer service which I am still currently thinking whether I should keep it or not. I feel very troubled that when I get there I will have problems.This is no way to plan a vacation

5/5/2010 When will I receive confirmation on two flights I booked 5/3/10? they are United Air Lines, flights 803 & a connecting flight 7081 from Orlando to Manchester, NH? The other flight is from Hartford, CT to Oralando on July 5, Delta flight 345. I'm new at the procedures and would appreciate if you will clarify this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

4/25/2010 When I checked my itinerary I saw that my middle name was missing. I wondered if I had to cancel and start all over again. So I called customer service and an agent (A Leo) was able to help me contact the airlines and made the correction. A Leo handled it very well and even sent me an email confirmation. Good job!
