I am astonished at all these bad reviews from so many people. I received my card the week after I applied for it. I have NEVER had one single lick of trouble. I get my bill, I pay my bill, and I have been rewarded with several increases to the credit amount. One month I had an unexpected medical bill, and used all my money for the month. I called their customer service people and explained what was going on, and told them the exact date that I would make up the payment. They understood the problem, and the day I paid the bill, I got an e-mail waiving the late fee.

They are wonderful!

5/15/2012 Orchard Bank - All I can say is that I am amazed that Orchard
All I can say is that I am amazed that Orchard Bank, aka Household Credit Services, nka Capitol One, just doesn't care about the law. They are absolutly ignoring the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They have called me over and over again over the last 3 weeks up to 50 times a day. Not once did they leave a message. They have called me at work when they have been told in the past not to and that I cannot accept calls at work. What do they do? They just keep calling. I contacted the BBB, which I planned on being my first stop in a line of complaints. I told the BBB to contact them and simply have them leave me a message, not call me at work, and not call more than once a day. I am not at my wit's end. I don't want them to call me at all now, ever! They start calling at 8:00 a.m. and do not stop until 9:00 p.m. They have called up to 5 times in a 10 minute period. Calling over and over again and never leaving a message. I am about to contact the Attorney General's Office and the FTC. If that doesn't work, I will contact an attorney. Maybe they will stop calling if I initiate a class action suit. I'm sure there are others they are doing this to. How unprofessional! Shame on you Orchard Bank, Household Bank, Capitol One, or whatever your name is!

I have Orchard Bank communications several times a day and I do not, will not, have not had any business dealing with this pest. I've tried hundreds of times to have them stop contacting me without success. When I return an unsubscribe notice the respond with a statement that I am unsubscribed. They just keep coming. When I respond with the message that I've requested a stop send without success they respond that they have no such email address in their system. I don't know how to stop this nonsense but if I could meet up with the idiot who is doing this I would leave him/her something to remember me by. Such as a swift kick to the groin.

2/1/2012 Orchard Bank - I have just recieved the third SOLICITATION FROM
I have just recieved the third SOLICITATION FROM YOU to apply for a credit card. I have applied in the past and when turned down for a card that YOU SOLICITED ME FOR I wrote and said that i don't want ANY MORE OF YOUR LIEING BULLSHIT on my computor. As you still solicit my business with NO intention of standing behind your solicitation, I must assume that this is a scam intended to gain information on my life for whatever con game you are running and am reporting it as such to the F.C.C, the F.T.C, the United States Attorney General's office, the Ohio State Attorney General's office, and the Better Business Bureau. I will also be posting a notice on Facebook, and on any other available place on the internet so that people will know when they hear from you that you are obviously running an internet identity theft scam.
