1/7/2017 Outback Steakhouse Corporate - Went to Killeen Outback Friday afternoon..(Dec 6th
Went to Killeen Outback Friday afternoon..(Dec 6th at about 4.30) and was not happy. Tried ordering a beer but the were out of the ones I wanted...no excuse for running out...poor ordering process...ordered our food and was good until my wife ate part of her sweet potato and spat it out...we soon realized why..It was rotten on both ends...so how does that occur...they should be washed so if rotten that should be picked up..Additionally the prep person and chef should pick it up as should a decent server. we complained...nicely and quietly and the server said she would alert the manage..She later returned and offered us a free desert..Now here is my issue..My wife has a compromised immune system and bad food can cause severe problems so we were obviously concerned. My second issue is that the manager did not have the common decency to come and talk to us and apologize..all round this place needs a shake up.

tough, the ribs were bones without meat, the shrimp and fries were tasteless.My ewe ordered the medalions they were small and not on a skewer The rice was awful. The steamed veggies and salads were good. the waiter asked if we wanted more bread . We said yes and he never brought it, The table -Tta us did not get their soup ,What happened we were there a while back and the food and service were great. I was very disappointed

8/17/2016 Outback Steakhouse Corporate - We are long time customers of Cool Springs Outback
We are long time customers of Cool Springs Outback in Franklin TN and would drive out there from Nashville to eat. We were excited about The new Outback in West Nashvillle off Charlotte Pike in TN. What a huge disappointment and after going 5 different times and having 5 different horrendous experiences of dirty tables, long waits, poor servers, and today having gone one last time, finally complained to manager Kimberly, who obviously does not deal well with people. She had more excuses and was defensive - she never offered anything to take care of us and instead continued to argue while we tried to tell her about getting the wrong check, then went for the 3 meal special which included salad, entree w side and dessert, were told there would be no charge for the half melted ice cream sundae brought finally to our table - IT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED!!! They did not have anything out about the special Weds and we had to ask multiple times if they could bring us the special menu (saw this on our cell phones to begin with). I told the manager that it is not the fault of the servers or hosts but that of the trainers and managers. They need to be fired and start over. We will NEVER BE BACK to that Outback - we are back to travelling to Cool Springs - I hope it goes under now with the poor experiences we have had.

Went to west ocean city, md .on 7/02/16. Live there. It was the worse meal and service we have bottom there. Why did you change the menu? The waitress did not know the food. Food was over cooked to what we asked for. Portions was smaller then before. So sorry, but we will NOT BE REFERRING your restaurant.

On 6/5/16 we dined at your location on 110 Montrose W Ave. Akron, Oh. #3631. to begin with you closed the location in home town , McAllen, Tx. 2-3 years ago. Now when we travel we try to pick out an Outback. This choice was by far the worst we have ever had. Victoria filet--dry, tasteless, no seasoning. Fully loaded baked was half cooked and fully loaded version came with cheese and butter. Your Caesar dressing used to be Great but not this time....someone has changed the recipe....it was vinegary and watered down. To say the least I doubt if we will be so anxious in our travels to seek out another outback. Since you pulled out of McAllen we have selected Longhorn as out steak place....sure beats the last meal we had with you. So I guess it Longhorn for us from now on..

Hello,

I recently visited a Out Back restaurant I had viewed a commercial for a special deal for a specific meal at Outback
To my surprise while at the restaurant the server tells me they don't honor any specials advertised on TV. the location was Campbell, CA on Campbell ave . The main reason we decided to go out to eat was we could afford the special dinner price. Very disappointed how can you advertise a special and certain locations can chose not to honor it. It's not right ! false advertising.

4/1/2016 Outback Steakhouse Corporate - Outback patron for many years
I am a 75-year-old senior citizen and have been an Outback patron for many years always enjoying the food and service. However, my last 3 visits have been totally unexceptionable. In light of the fact that am retired and on a limited budget I don't visit as much as I used to. The most receipt visit was the worst,
for the location on Gellert Blvd. in Daly City Calif. I called (650-756-3691 and asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answered.
My last visit I waited almost 38 minutes to be seated, not that busy, and then waited another 20 minutes for a waiter, then he stated what here and handed me the menu and went to chatting with 3 females and again having to wait 20 minutes, I ordered steak, about 35 minutes my food shows up, had waved and go to the desk to get silverware, water, and steak sauce and then no another wait.
I prefer my steak medium rare, it arrived not only well done but cold, the potato was half cooked, The water returned with the bill I started to complain he turned and walked away. Out of frustration I paid at the counter and departed. I this is going to be the norm in terms of food and service you can consider me gone and anyone else I know to Outback. Is this the new generation of staff one can expect from Outback?

I have made numerous attempts to contact Outback but have heard nothing back. I signed up for the emails to be sent to me for specials and coupons, as well as signing my husband and I both up for the free birthday desert or appetizer....both of our birthdays were in December, I have gotten nothing! The last time I was in the local Outback store, I asked about the above issues, they suggested I contact Outback again, they weren't a lot of help to me, when I told them I had tried, he shrugged his shoulders and said: "maybe you need to try again". 1/27/2016 Outback Steakhouse Corporate - What is up with the new management team at Outback
What is up with the new management team at Outback Steakhouse in Aspen Hill Maryland? Unprofessional is an understatement. Tara Johnson newly appointed proprietor is out of touch with the existing front of house and back of house employees. She allows manager discretion to arrive to meeting or not to arrive to meetings. She has managers ( Steven) instructing employees to show up for ships although they are not scheduled. Davonne Austin front of house manager/bar manager ego far exceeds his skill set and knowledge as a restaurant manager.
His tardiness as well as his failure to be truthful in relevant situations will soon lead to his self-demise. I assure you that the current Outback Aspen Hill Maryland 2140 store will continue to go down hill with the existing "lack" of leadership.

Took my fiance to the Bensalem Pa location for his birthday. Waiter was very rude from the beginning and service was very slow even though it wasn't busy at all. I informed the waiter i had hair in my salad. He notified the manager. The manager claimed the hair didn't come from his staff and he didn't know where it came from. I have long red hair and my fiance is bald. After we explained that It was a short black piece of hair and it clearly didn't come from us and that our waiter had short black hair, he offered me something else from the menu and i declined as I lost my appetite. My fiance also stated he was no longer interested in his meal. The manager offered an apology and asked to box the meals up to go free of charge. Again we declined and stated we wanted to leave. He said he would take care of everything and will let the waiter know. 10 minutes later the waiter returned and snatched the food off the table because we declined to eat it. We got up to leave and the waiter started screaming about the check. We explained that the manager was taking care of the bill. He yelled at us and stated we were lying. We asked to speak with the manager again! After the waiter yelled at the manger in disagreement, the manager informed us he was only able to credit 1 of the meals. While we're still talking with the manager, the waiter continues to interrupt and then calls the police stating we were getting physical and trying to leave without paying. The police arrived and told us to pay the bill or go to jail. My fiance birthday was ruined and it was a complete waste of time and money
