Ordered battery for my laptop,turned out to be wrong one which from the other e-mails i've read is pretty much standard operation for this company. Several calls to people who either couldn't speak english or understand it resulted in no immediate solution to the problem. When a customer asks to speak to a supervisor he or she should get one. Maybe the problem is there are no supervisors or at least ones that do their job. If the conversations are recorded where else would the problem be?

I'm resending this E-Mail to you, as I have not received a reply. Not sure you got it.

As I said this is not an inexpensive item for it to last less than 45 days. Yor extended warranty is for 90 days.

Please can you do something about this

Well..... After holding on the phone several times, and talking with your first line assistants, it was suggested I write the "help" line.

First I'm not happy, as I feel I have gotten the run around.

Why you ask ?

Beginning of January of this year I ordered a Toshiba D95 DLP lamp for my television. This is not the first lamp I have order from the Partstore, and the ones I have always received always worked fine and lasted a year to 15 months.

At $180 a unit, this is not an inexpensive item.

The one I received in January was put into service about the middle of January. As of this week it began to fail, growing dimmer, so much so that the picture on the TV was un-watch able. I always keep a spare lamp, so I swapped it out with the one you had just sent me. Picture is fine now.

I know about your 30 day warranty, but this is where I become unhappy. In your P I C K / P A C K List it says in black and white that this product comes with 90 day limited warranty. What is so hard for your customer reps to look it up and issue an RA

THE END PRODUCT IS I'M OUT $180 BUCKS WITH NO RECOURSE

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Then I called again they said it was on back order and could not give me a time frame on when it would be shipped. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I ordered a remote control, gave the model number, serial number, everything they said I need. It came but didn't work. I talked to a rep and got a order number and a return authorization number. I had already paid quite a bit for shipping so just mailed it back which was another $6 bucks. They were suppose to send me a mail back label which they didn't and I would be over my 30 day return date if I didn't send it back. Watch out for these scammers!! So dishonest, it is sickening!! I ordered two parts for a technics piano, a girl gave me the parts no to order, of course
it was the wrong parts no. cost me $40.00 to return the first part.
The second part said it was available, and they have not answered my e-mail, in which
I have e-mailed 3 times and asked them to cancel this part, because it is the wrong
part also.( keep telling me it will be sent at a later date).
I will never order anything from this company again, I think they are a scam

I can't get anyone to return my emails. I ordered a tv remote control - the website said it was in stock - then after the order was finalized, I received a notice that the part was on backorder. USED TO BE LEGIT...NOW SEEMS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY..............I have ordered several times from Partstore.com over the years. This time, my order took a long time to arrive and now that I need to return it, they DO NOT RESPOND to emails (as per their instructions to receive return authorization), leaving me stuck with $175.00 of parts I can't use. They only take phone calls for new orders and even when I select that option I am placed on hold listening to music and a recording telling me to avoid the wait, place the order on line! I have used this company serveral time with not issues UNTIL NOW!!Recieved plastic door container box showed no dammage, but part inside broken. I have sent 5 emails dated 4-25, 4-26, 4-28,4-29, 4-30 requesting a Return Authorization #. No response
I have made 9 phone calls getting a voice message stating: due to heavy call volume we need to contact them at [email protected] I dialed the number suggested above (845) 340-8900 got directory tried to punch in Gary Kazmer's name did not come up. I called back and dialed the Operator and left a message & my name and phone number. Lets see if they get back to me!!!!!

This is truly a dirty shame and why is the phone number in service if they went under? I'm out $40.00

ordered a fan motor and fan for our refrigerator. Item came quickly but damaged. The box it was delivered in was in great shape, but the item inside was broken with a fan blade broken off. I could not find a phone number ANYWHERE to get a replacement part. I emailed three times and got no response. now we cannot return without a return authorization number, I dont want to order anything else from these people, and we paid $50 for a broken part we cannot use. I dont know if they would send us a replacement part even if I could send the broken one back.
