Well my son and I went into the peebles April 22 @ 1:00 pm in leechburg pa to rent a tux for my daughters wedding we went over to where u rent the tuxes no one was there so I went over to the other side of the store to the counter and asked a lady named Beverly if someone could help us over there we wanted to rent a tux well the manager was standing there too the manager said well youll have to come back at 5:00 there's only two girls that can do that I thought really I was upset for one thing she's the manager she should of and I found out she could have but I guess she just didn't want to be bothered to take care of a customer now that's really bad customer service It's really hard for my son and I to get off work at the same time to come and do this I mean really I heard it only took 5 minutes to order my sons tux when he came back in later that evening I also heard there are other customers being turned away due to this problem because of this manager I think you really need to reconsider who you let run your stores because I know I was not impressed with her thank you so much for hearing what I have to say

I have called the customer service department in December to give my complaint about the way the store looks in Belle Vernon PA. It is so cluttered it is hard to look at anything. I went back this week and I walked out. It is too hard to look at things when the store is like that. I would rather shop somewhere else.

I HAVE HAD TO SEND THE SAME INFORMATION TO YOU A SECOND TIME BECAUSE THE FIRST ADDRESS YOUR CS DEPT. GAVE ME WAS WRONG. NOW I MUST REWRITE EVERYTHING AND REVISIT MY BANK FOR THE SAME INFORMATION I ALREADY SENT YOU. MY TIME IS MONEY JUST LIKE YOURS IS. I WAS CHARGED A 25.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE BECAUSE THE CASH REGISTER AT MY LOCAL PEEBLES DID NOT TAKE ALL MY INFO, ONLY A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF NUMBERS WENT THROUGH. THEREFORE MY BANK HAD TO REFUSE PAYMENT. WE FINALLY FIGUREDED OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND THE BANK WROTE ME A LETTER WHICH I MAILED TO YOU. LITTLE GOOD THAT DID. NOW YOU SEND ME A LETTER WANTING PROOF. I WILL DIG UP THE BANK AND HAVE IT FLOWN TO YOU. FED UP IN MASSACHUSETTS.
