If there really is a person in a department misnamed "Customer Service"...I ask you prove it to me. My calls are ignored, I tried twice to renew, NO PAPER ...no way to check if my new subscription has been received. What IS wrong at the PP ?

There is no way to talk or get in contact with you. I have not been receiving my papers but I can't even discuss it.
I have tried several times . I have been on hold for 10 minutes now and 20 minutes yesterday without ever getting a hold of anyone.

3/16/2016 Pioneer Press - We didn't get the Sunday paper. I called and
We didn't get the Sunday paper. I called and reported a "delivery problem"..... the automated voice said it was duly recorded and a replacement paper would be sent out shortly. Well, we never received that paper either...

I then went on-line and reported the problem. That was two days ago, and still haven't heard anything. I really don't think that the management at this company either cares or knows how to handle these problems. what a shame... Most companies would not allow this type of situation to occur.

Cannot get anyone live to answer the phone. No delivery ever started after ordering and I cannot rouse anyone anywhere. Will just have to refuse payment on visa bill I guess. What a terrible way to run a business.

1/5/2016 Pioneer Press - Paper paid on October 27th,2015, No paper Sunday,
Paper paid on October 27th,2015, No paper Sunday, called, no record of payment, told I needed to have my bank fax proof of payment, proof faxed, next day called 3 times and could NOT talk to Customer Service supervisor. ARE THEY THAT BUSY????
THEN I WAS PUT INTO A RECORDING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Message left, I am thoughtful I will get a call back

12/13/2015 Pioneer Press - Been getting Sunday paper for couple of years
Been getting Sunday paper for couple of years Sunday only. Used to put on front step. Must have new carrier too lazy to get out of car just throws at end of driveway sometimes in street. Then he has the nerve to leave TWO envelopes and cards asking for a tip. My tip would be find a new job cuz if I were your boss I'd be like Donald Trump ( Your Fired). I know the pay Isn;t great not even good but YOU took the job. Have some respect for yourself and your customers and maybe you would get tips and help make this a great paper not one that isn't worth getting.

im glad im not the only one,this is absolutely ridiculous that I cant get my freaking paper delivered.pioneer press employees have told me I have 2 drivers.AND I STILL CANT GET THE F IN PAPER.i am soooooo sick of credits to my account.i think I have enough credits I should not have to pay for a paper the rest of my life.its like we are disturbing the drivers or something THATS WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR.

I signed on and paid for a subscription to start the first Sunday in September. Received three Sunday p apers and Thursday papers and not a one since then. Today is Sunday the first of November. I will call to get a refund on my subscription tomorrow, Nov.2. Terrible service!

I called to cancel.. The cost is just too Much! and was told I could get it for a Great deal Less... (perfect) sign me up :) well the Bill arrived with the same Amount! and constant phone calls... they just Disconnect You! Worst Customer Service Ever! I will go in Person to the Main Office!!!!
