I have been waiting for almost two months for a response to an email I sent concerning a non-charging Pax (original). I had heard that your customer service was excellent and that I could hope to get a replacement. My broken device is now packed into its original box and an outer shipper, ready to be mailed...but I can't get in touch with you. HELP, please.
