I just got my Visa account summary and find that you have charged me 4 times for my subscription renewal - 3 times on 11/07/16 and once again on 11/08/16. I enjoy your magazine, but one copy a month will suffice. Please refund the 3 charges on 11/07 which total $47.91 with a credit to my Visa card. This time I got a nasty gram saying " when we billed you for your subscription, we fully believed you would send payment upon receipt of your invoice.
