7/24/2010 I have used your Cascade Dishwasher Soap for years. But the last batch I purchases left my dishwasher (which is new) and my dishes covered with undissolved soap. It also discolored all my black plastic cooking and serving utensils. It coated the inside of my washer with a white film. It was the dry soap product with Dawn in it. I hand washed the batch and ran it again to see what would happen. They were coated again. I went to the store and bought a bottle of your Cascade Liquid (the one with Dawn in it again) Didn't help. I went to your web site so see if there were any helps there to get the film off. I saw the idea of using Vinegar to help remove residue. It worked pretty well for the glassware but did nothing for the plastic utensils. Was it a bad batch? Have others complained? The number on the box is 98980012. Is there another trick I can try on the plastic items??

7/19/2010 I recently purchased a box of your "Mr. Clean Magic Eraser original." I must say that this product was not what it was cracked up to be. Needless to say I was totally disappointed with it's terrible performance. I used one sponge to clean a pair of "Croc" rubberized plastic shoes. By the time I had finished, it had started to disintegrate. I then tried what was left of the sponge to try cleaning a pair of leather sneakers. The sponge completely disintegrated and was not at all usable. I took another sponge and started cleaning the enameled exterior of a "George Forman" grill. Again, the sponge started to disintegrate. I then tried to clean the exterior enameled exterior of my outdoor gas barbecue and again, before I could barely get started, the sponge totally disintegrated. The sponge left such a mess that I had to finish cleaning the barbecue with other products that I had in the house. I used canned foaming glass and surface cleaner which I bought at the local Dollar store for $2.99 and a plastic scrubby ball which probably cost $.10. The barbecue turned out absolutely spotless. As you can tell, your pricey product paled in comparison to the very inexpensive products sold at the Dollar store. You should be ashamed of yourselves to foist this useless product upon an unassuming and trusting consumer by promoting it with bare faced lies in a multimillion dollar advertising campaign. I am sorely tempted to not purchase any of your other products because I cannot rely on the truthfulness of your advertisements nor the quality of your products. I do not want you to think that I am shielding my identity with a veil of anonyminity. You can respond to me at the following E-Mail address or by snail mail at: Allen Kichler , Ontario Canada I hope that you give this note the consideration it is due and I hope this exercise was not a complete waste of my time. Yours truly, Allen Kichler

7/12/2010 I just received a coupon booklet of your products. I thought I was living in AMERICA, the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. Now, I wonder....I am thoroughly disgusted by the format of these coupons...namely that they are written in Spanish & English. Spanish? I am not in Spain, Mexico or any other Spanish speaking nation. With all of the accommodations we give the non-English speaking population no wonder they take issue with us having to pass drastic laws such as Arizona had to do. This is an insult to our country. If you want to make the case that this is for the Spanish speaking citizens, well...what about the Germans, the Vietnamese, the Koreans, French, Chinese, etc., people that live here. Are you going to print your coupons and product labels in all these languages as well? Why only Spanish? Why not just American English, which is our national language. The Constitution & the Declaration of Independence is printed in English, not with English on one side & Spanish on the other. This is a total insult to American citizens, who, if they are truly citizens, will already have learned to read & write in English. Please rethink this horrible situation, or, I will begin to boycott your products, along with other American citizens.

7/9/2010 Two or Three tears ago you had a duo product including Outlast All Day Liquid and SPF 14 Sunscreen Primer in one container. It had no name on it but P&G. Is it possible to find a present-day equivalent in the same shade and with the same primer?

7/6/2010 I recently found out that you purchased the "Natura Pet Food Company," and this includes brands such as: Innova, Evo, California Naturals, Healthwise, Karma and Mother Nature. I have been using Innova, Evo and California Naturals for some time now and since I have learned about this information I will no longer buy these products. You will screw them up by cheapening the ingredients to make your almighty dollars. This plus the fact that you animal test makes me sick!!!! My vet had this info in her newsletter and she is dumping you as well. I am going to help spread the word about your company so animals lovers won't use your products.

7/5/2010 I am offended to see your coupons printed in Spanish along with English. This is America, this is Independence Day, this is an English speaking nation. I will not be purchasing P&G products in the future. No more of your products will be entering my house. I see someone else commented on this also. Hope they are emailing and contacting all of their friends as I am real soon. An English speaking U.S. citizen, B.Kendro

6/22/2010 Our group is educating our members to boycott your products because of the hit piece on Mathews program. We will find other products to use and express our displeasure to the local store owners. If they lose business you will lose business.
