This Company is terrible. I placed an order to be sent to my girlfriends work, they showed up in a box unarranged, and with stuff missing, so I call and they send another and guess what it was sent the same way. I will never use them again, will not recommend them and would like to start a class action lawsuit if anyone wants to join in. If you would like to join in on a class action suit then contact me and we can try and get the ball rolling. I would like to see them put out of business. Brian

2/10/2015 ProFlowers - Order with care! I checked all boxes for the
Order with care! I checked all boxes for the discounts, and "free shipping", entered the sponsor code, indicated addresses for the two recipients(wife and daughter- different cities), and proceeded to "checkout". As I was confirming the order, I noticed that the full prices were being charged and the shipping costs were added, so I called "customer support" and then as we were checking issues (it seems that two addresses do not get the total of pricing for the "free shipping"- each is considered separately) I noticed the order was "confirmed" and charged.
Customer service became "customer no-service" and the representative said the order could not be adjusted nor refunded until delivery, application for refund, and a 5 to 7 day wait for processing. To attempt to recover the advertised "discounts", the order "somehow" got duplicated and auto confirmed. Now I was stuck with two incorrect amounts for two orders (and ,again, a wrong set of charges without option to cancel before "processing"). I WILL OPT TO GET MY REFUND AND NEVER, AGAIN, USE THIS BUSINESS.

5/8/2014 ProFlowers - Ordered 2 dozen assorted roses for my mom for Mother's Day
Ordered 2 dozen assorted roses for my mom for Mother's Day. They just left them on a bench in a BOX. Assembly required. My mom had to put together her gift, cut the stems, read directions in what to do & upkeep ! Talk about embarrassing ! I paid a good deal of money. And for someone to just drop off a box. Guess I should be grateful they included the vase! Never use them again!!

Order flowers for my dauhter for Mother's Day. Because I wanted the flowers delivered on Saturday I was charged a Standard delivered charge and a Saturday delivery charge. Well I called cancel my order and I will never use Pro flowers again. I took 6 days before my money was returned to my account.

It really tells me what type of company you are when there is no effort to respond to an e-mail. I wrote on Mother's Day about the disappointment we felt over the bad bouquet sent to my mother-in-law.
I've been sitting here laughing after I went to your website and saw a huge list of complaints about the same thing. No wonder no one has had time to answer my e-mail--you have hundreds!! It isn't funny, of course, to have hundreds of women with bad feelings on Mother's day, of all days.
You need to do some real work with quality control and make an effort to save a floundering reputation.

Ordered flowers for my grandma for mothers day.. was charged twice. Refunded for one of the mistakes. 8 days later, another charge for the same amount was charged to my card.. proflowers WILL NOT refund the second charge. Not very happy with proflowers and WILL NEVER order from them again.

I love your flowers and your services, have for years. Since you have pulled ads from Rush Limbaugh's show, but continue to run ads on other media outlets who truly tend to wage war against women, religion, and race, I will never buy nor encourage anyone to buy from proflowers again. If you can run ads on liberal shows which care nothing for anyone but their hateful, selfish agenda which has been a huge reason why this country is where it's at, then you should have stayed on with Rush. Also, you should think about (if you don't already) sponsering Roger Hitchcock, who is 100x's better than any radio personality and a great conservative talk show host. Also, I don't even listen to Rush, I am not a huge fan, but I also know all these advertisers are using a double standard and because of it, I will never support them-I even changed my insurance because of it. Stop being hypocrites, you are supporting liberals who have been the ones to wage the true war on women.

I have a husband and 3 sons, all of whom have used Pro Flowers for me, their wives, and their mothers-in-law. Upon hearing that you are cancelling your sponsorship of Rush Limbaugh's program, they will not be using your service again. And I'm sure they will pass the information on to their many friends. I hope you will reconsider your decision.

My saga of the flowers being delivered for my sisters 70th birthday was lost in transit. I ordered another to replace it and was told that I would not be charged. Then my statement came with the charge on it.
I was under the impression that the agent was telling me that it was their fault. They finally sent a second one days late. Then low and behold the first order appeared at her door. Needless to say it was very tired. This was quite an ordeal. I only hope that Proflowers takes the charge off my card. Else this will be the last order from me
