5/24/2015 Can someone help me? We have had PUR faucet
Can someone help me? We have had PUR faucet filters on the kitchen and bathroom sinks for years. The last time we put a new filter into the bathroom and ran it for the desired 5 minutes, we get nothing but a red light. I took the top off, pulled out the filter, then replaced it.....same thing. Any help or hints?

I have used the Pur for several years, but the last two that I bought is terrible! They leak and almost immediately the light went out!! I do NOT know when to change my filter! I think that I will go with another brand next time! My money comes too hard to waste it on products that are not reliable!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with our new pur filtration system. we had one that was good then replaced with a new one and it is far from being acceptable. when turn off the valve for drinking water it keeps leaking out. the lot number is 22414scp is model fm-9400b anyone else having these problems?

We are currently using our second sink filter because our first one began leaking at the faucet and could not be made to work. This one also began leaking after one week of use. It is frustrating to me because I really want to have filtered water. Is there any thing that can be done with this new adapter that leaks all over the sink?

The damn things leaks, I've had this one for about two weeks. The first one I had for years, the light stop working, so I went to the plug in type, big mistake. the weight of the off center filter allows it to leak.

9/29/2014 Pur - Your new ads....suck. You have a great product and
Your new ads....suck. You have a great product and I always viewed the company as being classy...don't know why. Then you started with those obnoxious ads withe Arthur Tweedie character.....geez. SERIOUSLY???? I can not even watch them anymore. There is NOTHING in those ads that inspires me to run out and buy your filters. Isn't that suppose to be the purpose for advertising? Please can the character and ads. Britta ads invite people to experience the crisp taste of water filtered through their product. You ad makes me want to turn the channel.

9/14/2014 Pur - I have been using the WHITE filter system for
I have been using the WHITE filter system for years. 4 months ago I couldn't find it so I had to buy the Chrome mineral one. In 6 weeks time the light went out so I couldn't tell if the filter went. Looking online nothing can be done about the light so I had to buy ANOTHER Chrome filter. Today it went out AGAIN and it's STILL on the 1st filter. This is ridiculous, the company should make it that the light is fixable! I refuse to buy another one, will change to another brand this time!

9/11/2014 I use the Pur clamp on and Like it very much.
I use the Pur clamp on and Like it very much. However you must have these replacement fixed so that even if you do not use it a lot it still has to be replaced. I marked my calendar and used the Pur for the five minutes required before using the water. I did not use it any more and after two months the red light came on and I had not used it. This is not fair to the customer because the replacements are not cheap and should at least give you more than five minutes.
