I purchased two tracfones earlier this year. One phone was introduced to water and fails to work. Not a big issue except I purchased a service plan. When I inquired about repairs or replacement I was informed that the protection plan was unable to find a comparable replacement. Instead of replacing with a nicer phone in the interest of customer service.. I am being offered a pro=rated refund, I hope that includes the completely useless service contract sold by qvc. Many inquires to QVC have gone completely unanswered. I have purchased a replacement phone for my young son thru HSN... QVC has seen the last of my business... Perhaps if Bab's paid attention to her customer relations department and spent less time playing shark I would be happy at this moment!! HSN has always provided a good product/Service...

4/25/2014 QVC - This company is awful! I ordered a Kindle Fire 4
This company is awful! I ordered a Kindle Fire 4 days ago. After the entire process they say they cannot ship to Alaska. Irritated.. the item is less than a pound ..really?
We cancel everything.. I order off HSN. Now I am seeing all charges on my card. I call them and they say they see nothing and cant even find an account. I dispute the charges with the bank. They now say they have my card attached to an account in WA DC. ReallY?
This is a new card, no other charges or issues it is a QVC issue. Literally 2 hours on hold finally after giving the order numbers that showed on my card duhhhhhhhhh they see that this item was ordered ANYWAYS and sent to the wrong person. Whoever took my order and said it couldn't be shipped to Alaska put my card on someone elses account and sent it anyways! NOT HAPPY and although I am sure it will be resolved it was a huge headache and it wasn't fraud..it was pure stupidity. Not Happy with QVC. Order from them at your own risk!
