7/20/2010 I always appreciate the kind people in customer service and appreciate their deligence in getting things resolved. I would sincerely like to say thanks to the nice lady that just helped me with a mistake I made with an order I placed last night. I always know I can count on these wonderful QVC customer service reps.

7/10/2010 Susan Graver - someone in authority needs to shut her up!!! Don't you notice how she takes over the program from the host of the hour. She has always done that. I sent this request once before but she goes on as usual. I have gotten to the point where I change channels when she is on the air - she is overbearing,. None of the hosts seem to hold their own against her - are they not allowed to stand their ground? I have been a QVC customer for about 20 years. This is about the only complaint I have and it is a huge one - Please do something about her. Signe Saulness

5/29/2010 I PURCHASED A HP LATPTOP FROM QVC. I WAS UNDER THE INPRESSION THAT QVC ONLY SOL NEW MERCHANDISE, BUT THEN I DISCOVERED AFTER A WEEK OF USE IT ALSO HAD A DIFFERENT ADMINISTRATOR NAME. THIS OBVIOUSLY LED ME TO SEE THAT THIS WAS EITHER A REFURBISHED LAPTOP, OR RETURNED, AND RESOLD AS NEW. WHEN I CALLED, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. STEVE FROM THE TEXAS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CAME ON TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS ISSUE. I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND ALL HE SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE WITH HP'S PROCEDURES. THEN I ASKED HIM IF QVC IS IN THE PRACTICE OF SELLING USED ITEMS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT THEM KNOWING? STEVE SAID NO THEY DO NOT. SO I ASKED HIM "HOW DID I GET ONE THEN"? STAVE SAID THERE IS NO WAY OF VERIFYING THAT WITH HP, OR WITH ME SINCE ITS MY PROPERTY NOW, AND ALL I CAN DO IS RETURN THE LAPTOP FOR A REFUND. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM QVC EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL CALL HP TO FIND OUT IF INFACT THIS WAS A USED ITEM.

10/21/2009 I placed an order for two Royal Palace Rugs this morning. I gave the new expiration date on my NEW Visa Debit Card. (8/13) but there was no line on which to type my NEW CARD number...I have a QVC Card Number, which I typed in....will the new expiration date suffice for delivery of the rugs? Thanks for your kind attention to my "dilemma"

10/20/2009 I recently purchased the Nordic system. It was stated by David that there was a cookbook available. Cannot find this on the computer. Is this available? Than you for your attention in this matter.
