8/12/2016 Ranger Rick Magazine - RR Customer Service: 1-800-611-1599
RR Customer Service: 1-800-611-1599 www.nwf.org/renewme
Ranger Rick magazine and Ranger Rick Jr. are my favorite kid's magazines. I raised my children on them and now my grandchild & friends. But yes, the customer service is not great - it's almost impossible to get a phone number for a live person in customer service, and doing it online can just lead you into internet loops with no way to ask a question, make a request, or get the info - or feedback that your request has gone through! As for your customer number - good luck! HINT: It's not the same as your children's numbers, so don't try to find those! It might be in your renewal request letters, under your name., a 9 or 10 digit number with no letters. Anyway, if you call this number, a person can get it for you - write it down! : 1-800-611-1599. And they can help you then & there!
To find out your expiration dates, the online address is www.nwf.org/renewme . You can get all your subscription expirations by "click here to renew your gifts". Or, should you be lucky enough to get a My Account link, and have your acct. number, you can also see all your subscriptions.
I hope this helps.

It is showing on my account that no money was taken out of my bank account for the subscription, but I have proof that it was taken out of my bank account almost a month ago. I also received a bill asking for the subscription charge. I paid already & would like my magazines to start coming please. My kids have been looking forward to their magazine but it has not come yet. Account #3653708457 Please contact me by phone to let me know what is going on.

2/18/2015 Ranger Rick Magazine - I am incensed by the barrage of renewal notices
I am incensed by the barrage of renewal notices sent to me AFTER I had renewed the subscriptions. Communicate with your departments or do the renewals in the main office, so that customers are not abused, insulted and threatened with "no new issues will be mailed to the child you care about." Surely, you can handle this and put your company on a good footing with customers. As it stands, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have yet to find a telephone number to communicate personally(one would hope)with your company.

I do not wish to include my e-mail, as who knows what kind of havoc that would cause me.

I want this to go to someone who can remedy this situation, webmaster.

I also received a bogus renewal notice. However, I called and was soon connected to a customer rep named Talie. She was very cordial, checked our records and noted that we were, indeed, all paid up. A very pleasant experience, even though the renewal was sent in error.

4/24/2014 Ranger Rick Magazine - frustrated with monthly renewal notices
I love the magazine for my grandchildren but am always frustrated with monthly renewal notices and then have to go on line to find a telephone number that should be included with the renewal notice.

8/12/2013 Ranger Rick Magazine - I didn't have any trouble contacting Ranger Rick
I didn't have any trouble contacting Ranger Rick customer service representative. When I had ordered a subscription for my grandchild I realized I had sent them the wrong zip. When I contacted them today they told me they had corrected the zip and then read off the full name and address to confirm this information to me.

I am VERY PLEASED and so will my five grandchildren when they receive their subscriptions!

7/27/2013 Ranger Rick Magazine - It is difficult to even find a phone number
It is difficult to even find a phone number attached to a bill I am not responsible for. Now I have 2 magazine subscriptions for 1 child..stop sending reminders when all is paid for.. this is what happens.. now my grandson receives 2 copies of the same magazine..

I will be cancelling all of my orders if this is not fixed or I don't receive a response.

Paid a multi-year renewal for two grand nieces a few months ago. This was done by phone using a credit card. Mistake? Now just received a renewal notice for both girls (I have them getting both RRjr and RR).

Waiting on hold now to talk with a customer service rep - 9 minutes now...

Too bad the National Wildlife Foundation is such a poor quality outfit.

5/20/2013 Ranger Rick Magazine - I agree with the people complaining above.
I agree with the people complaining above. Never have I seen a product of such quality so good you want it for your grandkids, and they love it, but the market people are so disgusting and arrogant they just keep asking for renewals and one gets confused to know whether or not, and then to call in how do you do it, not easy. But then I find out as a rule I have already paid or would have if not confused by your freaking evil reminders. Who runs this company? How did such a grasping rapacious bunch of suckers manage to own a good magazine for kids? Well as soon as possible I shall quit business with Ranger Rick with bad feelings. It was not like this years ago, just evil people have come into power and make money I suppose by abusing their customers. But from the complains above, I see it does not always work to try to steal from their good customers. I wish you bad luck and rectal cancers one and all. ,
