3/3/2014 Reebok USA - I have a question concerning Reebok Princess
I have a question concerning Reebok Princess Classic shoes. There is no label inside the shoe indicating what material it is made of. In the past, they were always made of leather uppers with man made soles. I recently read an article about Reebok making the identical shoe in vinyl, but not labeling it's composition. That would lead people like me to ASSUME they are leather because they always have been in the past! So here's my question...

>QUESTION: HAS REEBOK EVER USED VINYL TO MANUFACTURE THE UPPERS ON THE PRINCESS CLASSIC?? I know some vinyl is used for details, but I'm referring to the BASIC UPPER PORTION. The shoes I bought have no label stating whether the uppers are leather or vinyl, and it is impossible to tell just by looking.

I bought a replacement pair of a favorite, long-time Reebok shoe model and was horrified to find upon delivery that they are no longer made of leather, but are now synthetic. I bought them online from a national retailer--jcpenney.com--whom I won't buy from again, as now I have to pay shipping to return the deceptively un-renamed, now useless model of shoe.

But I then went to Reebok's own web site and sent in a note complaining of their deceptive material substitution, explaining the hassle and cost I now had to go through because I had trusted their brand.

Reebok's answer? "Thank you for your feedback, we've passed it along the to appropriate department."

I had heard so much about Reebok shoes and the new "Real Flex" that I decided to give them a try instead of buying my shoe of choice. Well now all I can say is that I wasted a lot of money on shoes that kill my feet,heels, and hips in just one day! I walk 6 to 8 miles a day and the "Real Flex" is the worse shoe ever! I have never had BLISTERS before on my heels or the backs of my lower ankles until now! I will go back to what I believe is the best shoe made and it looks like I will have to eat the cost of the Reeboks and go spend another $160.00 on a real shoe!

Ordered a pair of Reebok Zigs for my teenage son in November (directly from the site). He wore them less than 8 weeks (only to school, not to play sports, etc as it was winter) and they fell apart. The product is garbage. Just an FYI.

3/12/2011 Reebok USA - My 9 year old saved for 9 months to get custom
My 9 year old saved for 9 months to get custom zigs. It's been almost 7 weeks and all customer service keeps telling us is they are being "processed". Website promises "UP TO 6 weeks" to receive. Keep calling, tell me each time they are looking into it (this is by talking to "mgrs" Adriana, Mary...) and promise to call me back when they can find something out. Not a single call or email to us as my child's feet continue to grow and we get nowhere. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK OR ADIDAS!!! they make promises they do not keep. Of course they were quick to take my payment but slow to show any customer service. Just a pitiful excuse for a company. NEVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY BUY A REEBOK PRODUCT. Nike, here we come!!!
