4/29/2016 Regions Online Banking - MY bank card was stolen, 10 days a go. I called
MY bank card was stolen, 10 days a go. I called the bank with in 2 hours, of the lost card.

The person that took my called, kept lowing their VOICE. I had to tell that person, to rise their voice please, more that 5 time. Now its is 10 day later I have no card and the bank. State there is no report of card lost.

I can not bank were, I CAN NOT TRUST.

gave me no replacement card told me to wait for my card in the mail.

4/6/2016 Regions Online Banking - Regions FORCED all of it's Customers to go online.
Regions FORCED all of it's Customers to go online. No paper statements any more.I have four accounts with Regions- 2 checking- 1 savings- 1 almost paid off loan. I have been trying for several hours to access My accounts with no success. They are not down for routine maintenance as They are every AM because that would come up on My screen. I have three expensive computers and I have tried them all. It was the same last night!!! All You can get when You call Regions green line is a computer.When You enter the number for the online banking group, it says that they are closed. I am furious that I am being forced into online banking but can not access My accounts 24/7/365. Rating

6/21/2014 Regions Online Banking - Have attempted multiple times to speak with a LIVE
Have attempted multiple times to speak with a LIVE person and can't. Have put in all my codes, pins, etc and Regions Automated Person keeps telling me I have entered the wrong information???? Whatever happened to Customer Service??? I ordered checks and they have been charged to my account, but NO CHECKS and NOBODY to SPEAK WITH!!! Are they stolen?> Do I have to worry about Identity theft???? Do I find another bank???

7/28/2013 Regions Online Banking - I have spent the last hour trying to find a PERSON
I have spent the last hour trying to find a PERSON to talk to regarding my on-line banking account. I can't log in. When I tried to log in yesterday, it asked me for my mother's maiden name (which I supplied, and which they said was wrong!!). It was not wrong. Then they locked the account because I tried to log in too many times. Today, they asked for my SS No., banking account card number and ATM code. They rejected all of them saying they were wrong!! NOW I AM WORRIED. We spent six hours yesterday with on-line tech support from Windows because someone tried to hack our computer. Of course, now that we are up and running again, I am most concerned about my on-line banking account. I know it is Sunday...but doesn't Regions have an emergency number???

I live out of the country and need a land line customers service number within the United States, not a 800 number most of them don't work for me. I did get thru on 800-253-2265 but would like to have and alternate. Thank you
