3/30/2015 ReliaCard - HORRIBLE customer service. spent over 2 hours a
HORRIBLE customer service. spent over 2 hours a day for over 3 days trying to file a claims dispute and customer service "can not call back", can only "take calls" despite them asking for your phone number. I need answers to my questions and this is taking forever. not to mention, my dispute papers came in the mail today (not mailed until 3 days AFTER the dispute was started), and they were all wrong. i had over 44 unauthorized charges, and only 12 unauthorized charges were noted on the paperwork. this is unacceptable. i wish the government issued check reimbursements instead of going with us bank reliacard.

8/20/2014 ReliaCard - Extremely pissed off that someone from your
Extremely pissed off that someone from your business deactivated my card while being mailed to me and I call to activate it and they tell me it's impossible to reactivate a card once it's been deactivated. I've been waiting for a long time to receive this card to purchase my daughters medication. I need someone to contact me immediately from the corporate office to discuss this matter

This company sucks. My card is expired they say they sent me a new one I relocated to texas there is no u s banks here . I need to get groceries with my child support we have no food . They said they sent my card and it came back? I've lived here over 3 years. So looks like we won't be eating.

3/27/2014 How to reach a live person at ReliaCard
For all of you if you call the number and press 1 when asked language then when it prompts you to put your card number in hit the # five times it with get you to someone to talk to. Not that it matters though because they are worthless!! Just spent an hour on the phone bouncing all around and still have no solution to my problem. They tell me that I am being rude because I tell them that I am tired of getting bounced around so I ask for tech support and then I get told "we have no tech support" but we can have someone call you in 24 to 48 hours to help you so I ask if I can have them call after 5 as I work in a doctors office and don't get out till then and she says "they call when they can you just need to make yourself available" are you serious?!

Terrible customer service. Cannot give a number where you can talk to a REAL person. The only number that anyone seems to have is the 866-276-5114 number which only does voice inquiries. I have the same card that I used before but it says that there is a security issue and to contact Reliacard. I'd like to talk to a person that is ALIVE>>>

The worst customer service!!!On hold forever and the lady was very rude. Hung up called back just to wait again yes but so worth it got a lady who did her job and was very nice. Guess it just depends on who you get a hold of. They really need to improve their customer service and get rid of the people who do not do their job right and treat their customers badly.

i just got off the phone with a lady from reliacard asking when i would get my card.after making sure it was me she was talking to i had my answer right away.all said and done it took five munites to get an answer and its a saturday.Must just depend on who you get connected to

this is the worst costumer service is have ever had to deal with. No one seams to know what is going on or how to help you. I seriously think i would have been able to talk to someone smarter calling a preschool class of 3 year olds.
