I just spent 1 hour waiting for a Rogers agent to buy a phone plan. Needless to say with that kind of service for a sale, what would their sevice be like for problems.

More than a comment this is a complain. I have been a loyal customer of roger for many years and I am very disapointed for the way ROGERS has treated me. First of all I wanted to update my existing phone to an Iphone 4. you Could not do that for me since you told me I have to wait for a few months for an upgrade. Second the rate will be a lot higher. You did not give me a choice. Therefore, I have to look for a different provider, who give me a new iphone insatantly and the rate per month was a lot cheaper of what you offer. Not only that but when I call to cancel my services with Rogers, they charged my a whole month without using your service on top of a hughe cancelation fee. I know a lot of people who needs cell phohes, internet and phone services. I just want you to know that I will not recomend Rogers, to all the people I know. After all this years of being loyal to this company. I could not believe they still charging me more for a service that I am not using anymore they were not able to wave the cancelation fee.

Dear Rogers,

I have an Iphone 3Gs which is no longer functional, I called to upgrade to an Iphone 4 and this option was gonna cost me 600 bucks. That is not feasible for me. I was then hoping that you could work with me on taking some money off the price of any Iphone. This was not the case at all, instead you sent me a replacement phone the nokia e63. All I wanted was some sort of rebate, seeing as how I have been a loyal customer and always paid my bill on time. Also my Rogers bills then started increasing 60%, and i cant even use the Nokia to search the web, so I am not even using the data plan anymore. This makes no sense to me. I now want to buy out my contract and start a new contract with one of your competitors, due to the fact I will either receive a free iphone or a fair discount from them.

I also have cable and home computer service through Rogers as well, which I will also be cancelling, its funny how much money you could have continued to be making from me, if only you could have compromised.

I am not sure I want to continue as a customer - August 20th I call in to customer service and I was told the changes we made would result in a bill this month August of $105.21 now I get notice thatmy august bill is $158.15 August 25th... I am cancelling the automatice withdrawal from our banking account to-morrow and unless Rogers can explain this mixup I will return all rogers equipment and cancel both internet and cable service

I have a major complaint about your Rogers on demand service. Big Brother season 11 episode 16 was on yesterday on global @ 8:00pm and was not on rogers on demand and still isn't. I would greatly appriciate it if you could put it on NOW. Also I was wondering why you have ads for family channel on demand when you don't infact have it? My children are very disappointed and would really like to have this option that you display.
