8/26/2010 I am not sure I want to continue as a customer - August 20th I call in to customer service and I was told the changes we made would result in a bill this month August of $105.21 now I get notice thatmy august bill is $158.15 August 25th... I am cancelling the automatice withdrawal from our banking account to-morrow and unless Rogers can explain this mixup I will return all rogers equipment and cancel both internet and cable service Bill Stahlbaum

8/15/2009 I have a major complaint about your Rogers on demand service. Big Brother season 11 episode 16 was on yesterday on global @ 8:00pm and was not on rogers on demand and still isn't. I would greatly appriciate it if you could put it on NOW. Also I was wondering why you have ads for family channel on demand when you don't infact have it? My children are very disappointed and would really like to have this option that you display. Thank you for your time -A very disappointed customer Ronda
