Rogers is the most ignorant uncaring company not all interested in anything but marketing
their product. Getting in contact with them to solve or even bring problems to their
attention is an extra ordinarily painful experience. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING
REMOTELY RESEMBLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i have tried to call you about my bill but can't get through so I am sending this email. I have just started a new job and get paid on Friday but there is no way my bill is OVER $800.00 when it should only be 121 or something like that. I have a text message that said so ... so I will put some money on my bill when I get paid on the 8 of November or the 9th as i'm on graveyard shift. and don't understand why it's so much when I own my phone and it was a month to month plan. 7/24/2013 Rogers Wireless (Canada) - I have had the rogers next box for a few monts now
I have had the rogers next box for a few monts now and it is a total disappointment. I have had to return it twice due to faulty equiptment. OK, it happens. The box I now have is not quit as quick to react as a The old C64s. The interruptions in service are becoming more frequent. I thought cable was the better way. Look like it is not any more. When I called customer service, the person on the other end was no more interested in my issue as a chicken going into a foxes den. All he wanted to do was to sell me more. Why the hell would I buy more when what I have seems to be garbage.
Had to say it because I just got home and, yes you guessed it, cable out. What is the name of that PHONE COMPANY??????

I have received the most appaling service by Rogers. In 2011 I as deceived by marketinginto accepting in 2011 a new Nokia phone free provided I agreed to continue service with them for two years. I did not find this a problem, since I had been with them for about 4 years previously. They were also aware that i tavelled away for several months during the Winter and I was accustomed to reducing my account for their services by paying a fee just to retain my number and nothing else.I was also advised verbally by their marketing,since this was my normal practice " No ooo Problemo"
That was my first mistake when attempting to do this in Nov 2011 they said no way I had a contract to maintain full service regardless of whether I used the service or not.There was never any mention of waht they meant by service I wished to continue my number and foolishly paid my dues for one year more, whereupon I called customer service explained that they would be aware I have never used the lousy Nokia, they could have it back unused; brand new [They declined] and that I wished to continue as before by just paying the reduced retention of number fee. The manager agreed, Nov 2012. Guess what!!!! they are still drawing the full ammount of $67 per month from my credit card while am away in South America
Conclusion do not trust Rogers in their business and marketing practices, nor what they say on the phone, they basically are practicing business deceipt and fraud.
I am still figuring out how I can contact someone with decision making authority since1 1 888 and 1 800 numbers dont cut it from Brazil.Before canceeling completely my cable and wireless accounts with resulting inconvenienceI amd making one last desperate attempt at writing,Some faint hope with that bunch.

Before leaving Canada I purchased a travel package from Rogers,sent several messages to friends just before leaving Calgary,my son was to meet me here in Mexico ,been here for two days now my plan with him is totally???,can't get a hold of Rogers to find out WHY my phone upon arriving DOES NOT WORK, had a lot of undesirable issues with this supposedly great company,CAN'T GET A HOLD OFF YOU NOW,totally lost information,can't email can't txt ect.

I have tried to go online to get information on my bill , to see what I am paying for but there are 20 + links on each page and it takes hours out of our lives to figure out how to retrieve the invoice /account information and why the charges are so high. If I go into the Mall store, they tell me I have to go online.

Can anyone tell me how to see my bill in a few minutes and not tie up my day>?

SO I SEARCH FOR THIS EFFING NUMBER!!! I FINALLY FOUND IT AFTER 20 MINS OF WAITING ON THE PHONE AFTER THAT GOD FOR SAKKEN ROBOT. I GET A REPRESENTATIVE WHO SUPRISES ME WITH A BILL OF $200, I KNOW ITS NOT ALOT BUT I USUALLY PAY $30. APPARENTLY UNLIMITED INCOMING CALLS ISNT UNLIMITED, I FIND THIS OUT AFTER A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SAYS IT WILL SAVE ME MONEY ON MY BILL AND WHOM EVER IT IS THAT CALLS ME IT WOULD BE FREE. CLEARLY THATS BS!!!!. THATS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM, THE REPRESENTATIVES COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE RESTARTED AND SHE HAD ME ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15 MINS AFTER I READ HER A FEW OF

Had the worst experience of my life when buying a local CA SIM card for use while traveling. Called the Rogers store on Robson 2 weeks to ask if they were able to do and advised I wanted to use BlackBerry Messenger as well. When I went in when I arrived in Vancouver, they sold me a prepaid SIM - which had not been setup for the BBM. When I called from the hotel, it was 4 minutes past 6pm - I had called earlier but the line was busy and their mailbox was full - and they said it was 4 minutes past 6pm and they were closed. When I tried to top up the card - couldn't do as the address used was their own on Robson, and then after speaking to a Customer Service person was told I couldn't top up without a credit card issued by a CA bank ! Then got some mumbo jumbo about a voucher I needed to buy from a 7 Eleven ! Really, is this the way Rogers treats customers ? Their system technology must be 1950's as in other countries you can top up easily and without any trouble at all for a prepaid SIM. I will write a letter of complaint to Rogers (will see if it gets a reply), and also raise with the BC Consumer Affairs plus the Telco Ombudsmen (if there is one). This whole experience was horrendous - and I ditched the SIM when it ran out, and went back to roaming ! I will never use Rogers for anything when I am in Canada, and I am there regularly.

Worst service ever!! Nothing but a cash cow and they do not care about the customers at all !! Would never recommend anyone to this company. I had upgraded my phone and signed a 3 yr contract for the Blackberry Bold , was advised can do this upgrade at the Rodgers store and then was failed to be advised there is no warranty on this phone for 3 years because I got it in store!! But yet they can sign me for another 3 yrs in the store and access my account. What the hell is the difference from on the phone or in the store . Complete Garbage

I don't understand why Rogers does not provide better customer service. It is the absolute worst of any company I have ever dealt with...It is SO FRUSTRATING to deal with this company. Getting to speak to an actual human is unbelievably difficult.
