3/29/2012 to whom it may concern The service from Rogers is nothing to be desired. I had to phone for my mother who is 84 years of age. I went through prompts for about 20 minutes and was not able to get to a prompt that would help with the reason i was calling. So I phone a rogers store in woodstock ontario and spoke to a customer rep. and asked for the phone number to speak to a someone about my problem. He gave the same number that I was already using then explained I had to keep pressing 0 until I got a real person to speak to. I cant imagine my mother having to go through this . I was by then a hour into getting to speak to a person and VERY FRUSTRATED by then. I said to the service rep in woodstock how frustrating this was and his response was that Rogers couldnt afford to pay customer service reps to answer phones.I find reps very rude and not helpful and we are changing to bell canada. The customer service rep on the 1800# was rude and kept saying I was yelling at her. She totally mishandled a frustrated customer and because of her unprofessional attitude she lost business for Rogers.Rogers needs to pay attention to these complaints and try to make their service more customer friendly. There are a lot of seniors using wireless and more to come in the future and they will be missing the boat to getting the most market share because of their service. FRUSTRATED AND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

6/25/2011 I signed up for 2 phones on a couples shared plan with unlimited web browsing. I wad told my bill would be about 170 a month. I got my first bill and it was 297. They have no explanation and are threatening to disconnect because I refuse to pay the extra charges.

3/2/2011 All you have to do is tell them you are cancelling your service, try to get the "customer retention number", works every time, oh and this would be the time to ask for discounts or impreovements also works very well.
