hello I have been trying to sort out a problem I have with a big travel angency. I booked with RCCL direct and I decided to transfer it to a to a travel. the reason is I booked a trip through then before and had to cancel. I already paid for health coverage that was not refunded. after serveral conversations it was decided if I wanted the care that I already paid for on the cancel trip I would have to transfer the booking to then. I did so and then was told that the insurance company will not transfer the policy to my new booking. I was told there would be no problems if I transfer the booking which was not true. I have since had the agent send a Fax wishing to send the booking back to RCCL which they have sent a copy to me, the first one was sent months ago and after I called the travel agent again he talked to someone named liz who requested he send another one which he did that was few weeks ago. still when I look up my booking they are still listed as my agent? it is very frustrating trying to get to some one who can do something. it was a group booking if that caused a problem I do not know. I have other people who may be interested if I can upgrade so I am on a waiting list to see if anyone cancels by the final payment date of of 23 august . as of now those opening if any will go through the agent and not me. any help will be appreciated. if needed I could send the rev number and my crown and anchor society. thank you barney

We had a day at Cozmel where I got 2 big bottles of vanilla since our daughter bakes cakes for weddings and parties. It was taken from my husband as he got back on the ship
he told them that it was vanilla not liquor. They said that they would give it to us when we got off. They didn't take our name or room number. We fought for 2 dayes about this with the front desk and never did get it back and we just got the run around. To you folks it might be nothing just 2-$12 @ but we want the vanilla, that was the reason we got it for cooking and baking. Our room number was 7654 on the 7th level. Please notify us at. We are very unhappy with Royal Caribbean. Since this was our first cruise and our 25th wedding anniversary we thought we would go with the Larry Black country diner which had 1350 reservations with your folks. Our last cruise was not your besy effort. I have written to CROWN AND ANCHOR but did not get a reply so I'am wondering if Royal Carribbean really wants our continued support????? Considering we are DIAMOND PLUS members. Our cruise was sep. 26,2011 on MONARCH OF THE SEAS. I will list the problems we had and noticed.

1- Before boarding we were comfortabe waiting to board. Then we were taken to what looked like a stotage area dirty no water(that we were told we would get) bathrooms not in site. Instead of at the front of the line we were at the end(not really that big of a deal but still inconvient)

2-every cruise there seems to be less perks given to your retuning customers.

3-we went to the captains return party asked the server for a drink which was not on his tray. We were told that the captain and coke, bud beer, and 2 bay breeze's were not on the offering. I said I don't care I'll mpay for it and offered my SEA PASS. The waiter smiled and just walked away. On other cruises we were given these drinks no questions asked!!!!!

4-Now when your purchase of alcohol you must go and get it, its not delivered to your room the night before.(This mignt be a good thing to do for your loyal customers.

5-This is the second cruise that I was unable to purchase CAPTAIN MORGAN RUM at the ships store what do you get 10 bottles to sell?????

6-It seems to us that you require your staff to give EXCELLENT SERVICE yet as a company you give un-satisfactory to poor service especially to your most supporting customers.

7-My wife had a friend go on their frist cruise on RCCL because of and not on another cruise line they were thinking of. They were given a $25.00 on board credit my wife was to receive the same. DID NOT HAPPEN why? If you don't do this then you must take it off you web site.

8-Again we were unable to sign up for a future cruise the desk we went to the desk many times and no one was there and no book to sign up on. It really defeats the purpose to sign up only when the desk is occupied by your employee which is for a very limited time. You need that desk opened if you really want people to sign up for another cruise.

Our cruise was saved primarily by some of your staff like in the Vincent's dining room Table 107 at 0545 waiter Joseph and asst waiter Chris, also our room attendant Gooday.
So maybe its very good that your staff that works colsest to the customers gives "excellent service" as the company does not!!!!JUST MY THOUGHT.
When we first started cruising it used to seem important to RCCL of the loyal customers and the Crown & Anchor society members My wife and I are DIAMOND PLUS members and it seems as if this is not that important any more.
The reason I'm writting to you this time as I have e-mailed the crown & anchor society people and they did not feel it was important enough to acknowledge with any reply???!!!!
My wife and I will be going on a cruise in February with some other friends on another cruise line. We will see what they think of returning loyal customers!!!

Hi, We have previously travelled on Independence of the Seas, November 2010. There were six family member onboard.
We have already booked to go again, on Independence to the Italian Mediterranean, in May. My brother will not be able to join us, although we are in a party of four. He was given a discount voucher on his last cruise, as he was unwell, and we are hoping that you could transfer this to us so that we can take full advantage of things available on the ship, as this is only valid for one year and will be wasted.
