8/29/2015 Shutterfly Inc. - I am done with Shutterfly they will not honor free offer
I am done with Shutterfly. I received a free offer from bing rewards for a photomug that they will not honor. I went to all the trouble to find the right photos to place on the mug, then plugged in the offer code and received a message stating that my offer code had already been used so I was not entitled to a free mug! I have sent several messages trying to explain that I received the free offer in my name and had not used the code before. Their responses have made no sense as they say I am asking for account information that they cannot divulge?

They seem to be quite willing to lose a customer over a mug that I would be paying for the shipping and handling. I get the strong feeling that the customer service reps do not know what they are doing.

i have been trying for WEEKS to get a refund on prints that arrived all blurry and faded. I am unable to get a direct answer, unable to speak to someone live, and have felt that this is the worst customer service I have ever received.
I will never order from them again.

This is my third experience with Shutterfly Customer Service and again it was a positive experience. Each time, they remained on the phone with me, patiently, while walking me through any issues I was having. Each representative I spoke with was pleasant and kind. The most recent issue I was having involved dealing with the higher levels in customer service and about a 90 minute phone call involving trouble shooting with two different representatives. I have no issues with Shutterfly Customer Service and am satisfied!
