7/26/2010 i don't know how to use the $10.00 invested in international phone calls. please call me or explain me step by step for avoid lost my invested money or refund me because this system is difficult to use.

7/14/2010 Hi there, the caller ID option has disappeared off my Skype Account, so it seems that it is now no longer possible to choose whether to show or not show my number. Could you please tell me how to choose this option again as I do not always want the client to see my number!

7/12/2010 Was my credit card charge, if not then why not, been trying to purchase more skype credit minutes?? did it twice and I dont know if it was charge for both, it shows that it was complete but didn't get the mins

7/9/2010 I am trying to initalize a skype account! I am meeting difficulty - 'working within the system' . Please provide a 800 Phone number for customer service. I can not recall the skype name & password used. I am trying to start over deleting the previous info and start fresh. I am changing info to a NEW P C using WIN- 7 PRO and the interface change is not always an esy transition. Your assistance will be appreciated.

6/25/2010 Por ter feito o pagamento do skype sem o boleto bancário por falha na minbha impressora eu efetuei o pagamento com o valor antigo e por isso estou sem a minha assinatura Brasil 400, Já tentei inumeros contatos com o skype por e-mail, mas todos sem nenhum sucesso. Tentei também por telefones e contatos através do próprio skype mais o mesmo nunca está online. Sinceramente já começo a pensar no meu prejuíso de R$ 56,00 já que não consigo uma comunicação para solução do problema. 6/13/2010 Skype customer service is the worst as they do not help you to get through technical difficulties and they have automatically withdrew funds from my paypal account that was not authorized. They need to be reported to the FTC for there behavior and as I can see all over the internet there are so many others that have difficulties with payments and skype. Do not buy this service if you do not want service issues. I have three days left on my unlimited account of dialing and they have blocked me from using it to call people and to leaving voice mail messages. I would look to others if you plan on using VOIP.

6/7/2010 hi i was trying to waste tthe credit i bought the first time i used skype call but when i finished it my credit went back up and was charged right out of my account i am alsonot happy with the sound quality so you can take the credit back iand i would like to have my money refunded and also no money to be taken out automatically in the future thank you and hope to hear from you soon

6/5/2010 skype sucks i just called my brothers cell phone for less than 10 seconds and they took some of my skype credit off fix it or i am disconnecting it from my psp and pc and maybe some other people will too

5/27/2010 I wish to open my own Skype account. My husband has a Skype number and I cannot get a download to be accepted by my computer because it tells me that "Skype" is already opened and it is, but it is my husband's Skype that has opened "uninvited." Please help me with this. It would be really helpful if there were a customer service number upon which I could speak to a real person about the problem. Please let me hear soon!
