7/9/2017 I purchased a SNAPPER LAWM MOWER on July 29,2016 I
I purchased a SNAPPER LAWM MOWER on July 29,2016 I noticed there was a problem with the pull cord, it had to be pulled several times before it would start. I only used it about 4 times last year. this year when I tried to start it up it was even harder to start. Not only is it hard to start when you do get it started it leaves uneven cutting lines it becomes necessary to cut several times before you get a decent cut. This lawn mower is the worst I ever had I would not recommend this thing to anyone. I tried to return it at Walmart. I was told the expiration date had expired.
I am now trying to find someone to fix the pull cord or better yet get snapper to refund my money or give me a lawn mower that is nor defective.

My 1990 Snapper Riding mower gave out due to the frame breaking. I replaced it with a 2016, 28" cut that I find a reason to write this review. The safety requirements, engine shut down when moving off the seat, mowing in reverse turning a key and no remote starting without a battery seems to take simplicity out the window. Make things easy that's why we purchase this product.

5/25/2016 I am 72, bought a new 2915 Snapper riding
I am 72, bought a new 2915 Snapper riding mower.the last of April, 1015. Two weeks later a belt had broken.
It has been at the dealer's 4 times for a different problem.. Apparently something was wrong at the
manufacturers making a stronger part, because the wheels of my maching went the opposite way. After
complaining to my local dealer they temperarily fixed the problem until the parts come in. Yesterday May 23, 1916
they came to pick it up becauseit would not start. It was deader than a doorknob. The driver said it could be
in the ignition switch. I called local dealer to find out what was wrong with it and all I get is an answering machine..
Since I am on social security, I cannot afford to keep buying lawn mowers, but I sincerely doubt I will buy from
this particulalr dealer or Snapper again. It is a shame
that a customer can no longet talk to a human being .

I have a 21" self-propelled lawn mower. The gas feed lever on the handle is too far away for me to comfortably control the mower. Is there anyway to fix this problem? This mower runs good & cuts good. Others who have used this mower have the same problem. So, it's not just me. Thanks for you help

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DEALERS. HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE TO A HUMAN BEING? lawnmower lasted about 16 cuts and the dealer (Proline in Casco township Michigan never calls never returns calls and is IGNORANT IN HELPING. But quick to take my cash when I purchased a mower,weed whip, blower/vac and edger.
