I have been trying to contact these people regarding my status as a member.I have been charged $10 per month for the past two (2) YEARS and I am still not receiving PREMIUM which I am being charged for.This company
Is not very customer friendly.There is no way to contact them.

I've been charged monthly since April when I cancelled my account and I cancelled as I couldn't afford this...they've charged me 4 times since then resulting in an overdraft fee each time. I contacted them about this for the 4th time yesterday and had a rep email me back stating that they aren't responsible for overdraft fees as I should have money in my account, then confirmed I cancelled in April....I'm not responsible for anything as I cancelled my account!!!!!!!!! I sent screenshots of every time it happened and I am waiting on a response. I just want what's owed to me.

i cannot unlink my facebook from spotify. its ridiculous that they don't have any way of calling them. for those of you who have credit cards, i suggest canceling the credit card and get a new one. that way they cannot charge it any more. make sure that if you have reoccurring charges to change them over to your new card.
