I signed-up for a three month premium account for $1.99 in December. I thought it is a good deal. I think it is a trap and it is not good for a company that provide good music. There is no way to contact Spotify by phone to cancel. The app is not user friendly for canceling subscription. You really have to hunt. The telephone number indicated in the bill statement is always give busy signal. I will just dispute the credit card charges.

This is a rotten terrible company!! They charge me twice a month for many months! I could not get into my old account because I forgot my PW so I opened a NEW one, and cannot get into that one either I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I have been trying to call you since I signed up with your company for .099 for three months. I have not been able to signed back into my account since the first night I received your service because I forgot my password and every time I send to reset my password it keeps telling me my time has expired. What is going on? I cannot listen to any music and yet you have charged my account and there is no way to get in contact with anyone in your company. How can a company your size not have a contact number or a chat line? I can see all the complaints against your company. Do you even care about what people think about your company? I'm hating right now I don't appreciate your company going in my bank account a second time and charging me twice in one month for music service and causing me a $35 overdraft. I want my $10.79 back .Your company removed monies on the 1/06/17 then you remove it again on 1/10/17people add their bills to up to be paid not paying for any overdrafts, because I count in what is need.
