I could not get into my old account because I forgot my PW so I opened a NEW one, and cannot get into that one either I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I have been trying to call you since I signed up with your company for .099 for three months. I have not been able to signed back into my account since the first night I received your service because I forgot my password and every time I send to reset my password it keeps telling me my time has expired. What is going on? I cannot listen to any music and yet you have charged my account and there is no way to get in contact with anyone in your company. How can a company your size not have a contact number or a chat line? I can see all the complaints against your company. Do you even care about what people think about your company? I'm hating right now I don't appreciate your company going in my bank account a second time and charging me twice in one month for music service and causing me a $35 overdraft. I want my $10.79 back .Your company removed monies on the 1/06/17 then you remove it again on 1/10/17people add their bills to up to be paid not paying for any overdrafts, because I count in what is need. I want a refund on my account.I don't want to hear anything about next month Just return my second payment of $10.79 as soon as possible I checked my bank statement and it's there ,it shows on my records your company billed me twice return my funds, maybe I need to cancel my ACCOUNT WITH SPOTIFY with these type of errors who want to take a chance again.
