8/14/2013 Sprint - Nextel - I don't own nor have I ever used a Sprint phone but I still got a bill
I don't own nor have I ever used a Sprint phone but did receive a bill from them. Then about 3dsys later a phone was delievered, how odd I thought but at the time was very happy with AT&T. I read the paper work and still wondered how this phonecame to me. I took it to the local Sprint store/office and told them what had happened and that I had not ordered the phone. They looked at it and said "You haven't even taken it out of the box/wrapping" . We I still get call from collection agencies. trying to collect for a phone I don't. have and as I know was never activated in my name. This has been going on for over 4 years.

I have been with sprint for over 10 years we have 4 lines the last couple of months the service has been poor the last couple of weeks we have had no service I was told one of the towers is not working, only one phone is still under a contract sprint will not let me out of the contract they want a fee I feel if we are not getting service we should not have to pay a fee.

This will fall on deaf ears!!!!! But I will tell you the story... We have a phone and service with Sprint Co. and it is a Samsung phone. Took it to Sprint their serviceman says it needs replaced with a new one. Sprint sold it to us.. They said it is under warranty that is fine .. We have to send it to Samsung Co. and there serviceman has to look at it. So it will be three weeks and how many trips to town... So who is going to pay for the phone sevice that we are not using... Also the next person thru the door can get a plan and phone just like the one we have.. So they have them on the self!!!! Why can they not keep me happy!!! Samsung doesn't trust it's own dealers serviceman??????????. It's also bad that it seem as Sprint and Samsung can not work together when they are selling products that work for the same sevice.

I dropped my phone and broke the glass. I went to the sprint store at Buena Park Downtown for help. I was basically told to pound sand in my a--! I dialed star 2 and was hung up on. I discovered my insurance had been cancelled without my permission or knowledge. I have been with sprint and had the same number for 15 years. Also 2 other lines on my account. So now I have a phone that's basically dead until July 1st. I may be cancelling all 3 lines....don't like the way I was treated. Lousy customer service. one would think keeping customers happy and content would be a priority..... I really think this is also a waste of time but decided to try anyway. I will blast sprint on my facebook if I don't get some satisfaction from this..............J

They will be loosing not only my business but 4 out of 10 people I've referred to them as well. I'm 13 days away from my upgrade and they changed the early upgrade policy just yesterday without any prior customer knowledge. When I called to see what the deal was I was transferred to a "manager" who will remain nameless and she I guess was tired of hearing my voice and what I had to say so she hung up on me. I called back and was informed by the customer service agent that I was indeed hung up on and it was noted in the account by the "manager" and then transferred to another manager. She informed me that yes the policy was changed without even their knowledge but there was nothing that could be done. So as any person would do especially since I pay almost 100 bucks a month for one phone I called back to speak to someone in customer retention and the rudeness only continued. So here I am 8 calls later with the same result....NOTHING!!!! I reporter them to the FCC after my last waste of time on the phone with their customer service/customer retention/managers/whomever and I will pay the 50 bucks for the early termination fee and port my number to a different provider because obviously 13 days out....1 month away from contract expiration and 6 years of being a loyal customer matters not to them. Obviously they don't give a hoot because they post what's mostly complaints about their company and lack of caring from their employees and horrible customer service on their own website.#runningFARawayfromSprint

Sprint is on GMT WFAA saying how they rank with customer service,management must not know why they are loosing customers at a large rate, their service is just horrible, even if you switch from them when you finish being treated so awful by their service team you know you will never want to go back with them. I have never hear that their service is good until this morning on GMT, they should have checked out with the Better Business Bureau before they had this guy on their show lying, because they have the worst service and they don't offer the opportunity to try and keep their customers who have had them for seven years and longer they should try and find out why long time customer are leaving and my experience with them is the worst customer service that I have ever experience. They tried over charging me for leaving early, they tried charging me $305.00 for a phone that they didn't want back, I was given wrong information by three manager employee on what to do with the phone. I would have return back to Sprint but I refuse to deal with such horrible customer service.

4/4/2012 Sprint - Nextel - I agree Sprint is the worse phone service ever.
I agree Sprint is the worse phone service ever. Trying to get customer service on the line is like pulling teeth. If you do get someone on the line after hours it's someone in India or China. As soon as my contract is up I will be switching to another phone service. I also have so many dropped calls. It's hard to have a conversation on the phone because i am cut off after 5 or 10 minutes. Sprints stinks.
