I received e-mail from this company saying that they are going to take out money out of my bank account ..***I don't even know this company or have any kind account with them, went to my bank notify my bank , also try to call these guys no way to get a hold of them , what's up with our government cant they stop these guys ????????

The 855.700.6000 IS GOOD and valid number, but one LITTLE detail was left out. It seems that you MUST have a "telephone code" when calling and BEFORE calling, which you MUST first obtain from the site by logging in. So, you must trouble shoot by yourself online through BOTH FAQS AND asking the community BEFORE allowed to be given a code. This means spending a lot of time on the site by doing several things yourself plus waiting on answers from the community before graced with a code to be allowed to call for help. WHY would I want to wait several hours to a few days or more in order to resolve a problem where a 5 to 10 minutes call would easily resolve such issue especially when I'M PAYING THAT COMPANY A LOT OF MONEY TO SIMPLY HAVE THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM PROCESS PAYMENTS when they otherwise do nothing???

9/1/2016 Square Up - Started processing payments through Square
Started processing payments through Square 7/12/2016. Seven orders processed through 7/18 including two overseas orders. Notified that a payment was processed at 6:44 pm on 7/18. At 10:42 pm on 7/18 received a notice that the account had been deactivated and that any funds currently in the account would be held for 90 days before being released to the linked bank account. Because the account had been deactivated there was no way to get a code to speak with anyone from Square. Decisions to deactivate accounts is Square's to make, but not communicating with us to at least verify the amount being held, or attempting to verify that these are legitimate transactions and then making it otherwise impossible to contact Square representatives is unacceptable.

8/30/2016 Square Up - this so called company charged my customer a week
this so called company charged my customer a week ago and still have not put my funds in my account and you cant even talk to a live person. This is really bad customer service and bad business I regret switching to square!!!!!!!!!!!!! I give them a negative 5 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
