The "0" option says "invalid entry" on every menu button I tried. I am giving this 3 stars because for years my rebates were processed easily and I got them in the mail. However today, chat is closed and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help with all the rebates not showing up when I try to submit them online.

11/10/2016 Staples Easy Rebates - I am so disappointed in Staples Rebate Program. I
I am so disappointed in Staples Rebate Program. I purchased an Antivirus that offered a mail in rebate... I mailed it in 8/31/16. I was informed that it would take 6-8 weeks. As of today, I have yet to receive the rebate. I emailed a couple of times... and NOTHING!
I'm not sure what the next step is. I'm considering contacting the BBB.

1/11/2016 Staples Easy Rebates - I would have given a negative star status if I
I would have given a negative star status if I were allowed. One of the worst purchasing experiences. Their computer system continues to mis-match your order # to the correct rebate #. They are aware of this problem & admitted to such after I pointed out why my rebate was rejected. They have failed to notify the customers through rebate submissions nor have they corrected the error to date.
I believe if their IT Department ran checks on their web pages they would have been aware of this issue. In my opinion, Corporate has never had to deal with this problem personally.

NEVER again. Did I mention NEVER EVER NEVER NOT!!!

I ordered and received the Toshiba Satellite S55TC5276 Laptop with Windows 10 from staples the Order was: 9727009587. no problem with laptop. I
I received it on 8/24/2015. I was to receive a $95.00 rebates. By mail. I mailed the forms in they asked for Around 8/28/2015 they said I would receive the check within 6-8 weeks. As of today I haven’t receive anything from Toshiba or staples.
i emailed staples 2 times without any reply.

12/14/2013 Staples Easy Rebates - Rebate in the form of a debit card from Staples
as a result of a purchase of a shredder at staples we were given a $20.00 rebate. It came in the form of a DEBIT card. We have never had nor do we want a debit card. I usedf the card for payment on a partial purchse yesterday and according to this web site my balance is "zero." I tried to cancel this card because I fear that according to the "Card Account Maintenance Fee" a fee of $3.00 per month will be charged to this account after the first six month trial period. This to me appears to be a charge for not using the card. I tried to cancel the card and was told that because of the "zero" balance I did not have to do that. I still want this account closed because we will never use this card again. I really don't understand why a $20.00 cash rebate in the form of a check could not have been sent to me. This is the way all other rebates I have ever applied for has been done. In my opinion this is a scam to get more money out of people by forcing them to accept a debit card they do not want. Please contact me with a response as soon as possible

9/5/2012 Staples Easy Rebates - I tried to use my Rebate Card at Staples today and
I tried to use my Rebate Card at Staples today and the girl told me to call the number on the card and they would re-establish my remaining credit. I called the number four times and before I could complete the tracking number I was told to call back when I had a valid number. Please help!!!
