I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a replacement phone to replace my defective phone. I was told this would be less than 2 weeks. No one at customer service speaks English and no one is able to tell me when I will receive my phone. They state it is on backorder ( I was not told this when I was asked to mail them my defective phone). They say that they are unable to contact their warehouse except through e mail, which I know is a lie. Every time I call, I am on the phone for at least an hour- being on hold and transferred several times only to get the runaround. They are unwilling to send me an adequate replacement or return my property. I give them no stars. They say I will be compensated for my troubles, but I doubt it. I have filed a complaint with BBB

11/17/2015 Straight Talk Wireless - I have a Blackberry, which are sold by WalMart
I have a Blackberry, which are sold by WalMart and cannot get the APN for Mobile Network. The Customer Service is obviously "offshore" and scripted, English is not the first language and asking for such gets a hold or outright hang-up.
My service connects through AT&T, but the Mobile is spotty. Live knowledgeable tech staff is in short supply and also not English speaking.
The people in Customer Service may know some English, but not tech oriented or different terms, they seem to handle several calls at once and get lost with who is who. Many times you have to repeat your problem several times to the same person or a completely different person.
I might save a few bucks, but they are making a fortune by cutting service quality.

I have had straight talk for about 2 years. We moved to an out of state location a few months ago and cannot get service at our home. Today I called Straight Talk to get my phone unlocked so I can get a new plan with another company and still use my phone. No Luck. I was given a bunch of crap from, not one but two morons in the loss prevention department. The first told me I had owned my phone too long for them to unlock it. The second told me I had not owned my phone long enough for them to unlock it. They both hung up on me. I would not use Straight Talk again if they gave it to me for free. And like others who have commented, the cust serv reps speak very poor English and are extremely difficult to understand. Don"t use this service. You will be disappointed and have no recourse for problem solving.l

Been on phone with Straight Talk for over a week daily, today 4-5 calls, I ask for English speaking person, the guy got smart with me, I have had (2) ZTE Majesty phones since May 2014. Returned first one within 2 weeks, dropping calls, audio problems. DUH, got another one, in July, Crazy stuff happening with audio. they will send me another Majesty, but am gun shy of that phone now. I believe it is defected. Just ask them to send me different phone. No way. Hey take care of your customers, please give us the service we need. My ears are still burning being on phone several hours. Disappointed, very disappointed, Trying to get CEO phone number. Even the people at Walmart said they were having a lot of returns on the Majesty phone with Audio problems.
