7/14/2010 My phone went on vibrate how do I get it back to ringtone I got the phone with texting 99.oo one love the phone and tech service was closed.

7/12/2010 Today my phone's screen decided to mess up. When I open it, the screen is a blinding white light, and when I close it, the outside screen stays blue. I can't see the time, date, who is calling or texting me or anything. I tested it to see if the phone itself would work by pressing the volume button, which would change it from vibrate to on, and it would make all the necessary sounds. Plus it still vibrates when I get a text or a call. So I know the phone works. It's just the screens. I don't have the money to pay for a new phone right now, and if I can't even use it, then I don't want to pay for it. I've already payed for this month, and I'm only on the 7th day of the month. I either want my money back or a free phone. Or I'm getting rid of StraightTalk for good. I understand it isn't necessarily your fault, but I also believe that something needs to be done since this is a phone I got from you. I've had my phone for almost a year now, and I've never had any problems with it until now. I would really appreciate it if I could receive a reply. Thank you.

6/27/2010 WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS PUT A DAMN USER GUIDE TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION ON HOW TO ACTIVATE THE REFILL CARD MANULLY BY YOURSELF!!! I THINK IT IS A LOAD OF BS THAT U CALL AND THEN THEY ARE UNDER MAINTENCE!!!!!

6/23/2010 I have a straight talk 290c and cannot get to facebook, it started 6-22-10 and won't work today. I took it to WM and checked they could get in either. The code is HTTP Error: 500 Internal Server Error- What 's up?????

6/23/2010 I bought a straight talk phone on 6-21-10. It took us 4 days to get it working. I have been on the phone with them for the last 2 of those days, because.. the phone has no service. I have emailed, been on the phone and put on hold so many times I just hung up. We already have 2 trac phones and bought this other one because they have great service, but this straight talk phone has no service. Sure would love to hear from some customer rep on this

5/18/2010 My phone service was discontinued by StraightTalk because of an error made by Walmart. It seems a cashier must have manually entered my phones serial number by mistake on a merchandise return for credit.I called Straight Talk 611 on the very phone in question and explained there must be an error.I have spent about three hours talking to representatives, that after you have explained everything, determine I need to talk to someone else. Then I get to start completely over just to have that person determine I need to talk to someone else, and we start all over again. I faxed my reciept and serial number Sat.5-15-10 to Miami as requested. I even went back to Walmart and they called your customer service and confirmed to you that there is an error and tried to get someone to reactivate my service. So far I have bought two phones from you and have had service with you since Jan. My account is paid by direct pay and you seem to have no problem tranacting this portion of our agreement. I am a general contractor and this is the only company phone I have. This phone is costing me valuable time and money. I have spent thousands of dollars on signage, checks, business cards and printing with this phone number on them and not one person can reach me. I have never seen such a laxadasicle attitude for customer service in my life. It seems there is no common sense being administered in handling customers problems.

5/10/2010 We have one straight talk phone and have no complaints with the phone service.But i bought another one last week and i'm trying to get my house phone # ported to the new wireless phone. The customer service could be improved. The company reps that i get when i call are polite enough but they don't seem to have the answers. They have to put you on hold and call another department. And this can go on and on and on. Another thing is that there is a lot of background noise where they working and their accent is not English sometimes. This stifles the communication somewhat. i'm not commenting here to vent. I want your company to do good and keep providing me with good service. I will just suggest that you employ a more efficient setup procedure. Maybe an email system so i can just correspond that way and not have to stay on the phone to check progress. Or a website where i can insert the ticket number to check on it? Anyway ,hopefully i will have my new service going in a couple of days. By the way, the music was good while i was on hold.

5/8/2010 I have a straight talk phone and love it except that every month when I go to refill my account I always have some sort of issue. This time just earlier today it was first my activation didn't process then they changed my phone number for no good reason! I was online for over 2 hrs by calling the straight talk customer service number so I finally called tracfone customer service since straight talk is actually through tracfone anyway. It took me about 10 min to speak to someone and she transferred me to a straight talk rep. They got my phone fixed and changed my number back to my original number. A pain in the butt and if this keeps up I might seriously think about changing for those of your trying to contact them with hours of wait time just call the tracfone customer service number.

5/8/2010 I can not check my Straight Talk account on line...they seem to be having difficulties a lot of the time.. I can not get them on the phone, alway no technicians available. What's the deal. Are they going under????

5/5/2010 i can not get my phone connected to the system by dialing 22890? how do i get this fixed my phone was activated thru the straight talk web online. i need connected but can't on my end called customer service they didnt help? my straight talk cell number is my phone indicates my number as being 000-000-7509 i need it to be connected to network. i bought this phone on tuesday morning may 4 2001 i waited 12 time 1 hour and tryed again and again. you need to give me a new call in number that will work wit verizon. i have not got a good customer service response infact no is better need to talk to a real person. call me at thank you
