I thought this number was a scam!!! I called for service on my Straight Talk account, waited 40 minutes on hold, when someone finally answered, I couldn't understand him! When I told him what I needed, he asked me to wait a minute, he set the phone down without putting me on hold and it sounded like there was a party going on!! I really thought it wasn't a Straight Talk phone number so I hung up! I found a different number and called that one and after getting my account business done I mentioned this phone number and she acknowledged it really is a Straight Talk number!!! Disgraceful!!! I will be thinking long and hard whether I want to remain a Straight Talk customer or not after this!! At this point, I'm very uncomfortable giving them my credit card information. I just had to change cards due to credit card fraud. They are definitely going on my list of possible suspects after this!! I even ran the number through my caller ID app and it came up as a scam number!! I guess I'm not the only one that's had a problem with the party animals!! Straight Talk must not care and THAT'S a big problem in my book!

Going on 3 months and still waiting for my replacement phone. It is still under warranty but defective. Have called customer service and after waiting for what seems like an eternity only answer they can give me is that it's "pending". Have tried the chat line several times with same results "pending". Have bought a replacement phone from Walmart but no warranty replacement yet received from Straight Talk. Poorest customer service and the language barrier is the worst ever.

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for a replacement phone to replace my defective phone. I was told this would be less than 2 weeks. No one at customer service speaks English and no one is able to tell me when I will receive my phone. They state it is on backorder ( I was not told this when I was asked to mail them my defective phone). They say that they are unable to contact their warehouse except through e mail, which I know is a lie. Every time I call, I am on the phone for at least an hour- being on hold and transferred several times only to get the runaround. They are unwilling to send me an adequate replacement or return my property. I give them no stars. They say I will be compensated for my troubles, but I doubt it. I have filed a complaint with BBB

11/17/2015 Straight Talk Wireless - I have a Blackberry, which are sold by WalMart
I have a Blackberry, which are sold by WalMart and cannot get the APN for Mobile Network. The Customer Service is obviously "offshore" and scripted, English is not the first language and asking for such gets a hold or outright hang-up.
My service connects through AT&T, but the Mobile is spotty. Live knowledgeable tech staff is in short supply and also not English speaking.
The people in Customer Service may know some English, but not tech oriented or different terms, they seem to handle several calls at once and get lost with who is who. Many times you have to repeat your problem several times to the same person or a completely different person.
I might save a few bucks, but they are making a fortune by cutting service quality.
