Wow! Surprised to read so many disappointing customer concerns. just got disgusted with stream energy myself! Am a disabled war vet. Called to make bill payment on phone and got confirmation #. A few days later get electric cut off. Had just bought ton of meet for my freezer. Called to ask about electric cut off. was told I had paid only 2 cents on my bill! All apparently foreign employees seem to be both supervisors and managers! I live in a Texas region where temp rises to 100-110 degrees every day. Told them I wanted to talk to the company's had honcho but they could not give name, location or phone #. Could be a foreigner too! We vets have fought for the USA. We expect good, courteous service for all our fellow Americans, at the very least!

Outrageous bill. Stream Energy can screw you up and turn off your gas with a very little outstanding bill. They did it to me and had to stay without gas for almost a week. Worst customer service I have known. Even when you've paid you bill after many days or weeks, their system (voice) will still tell you your are owing to make them feel good for disrupting your service. They are insensitive including their supervisors. They can lure you into signing up but don't fall for that. STAY AWAY from Stream Energy.

This is the worstcompany to do business with!!! Stay away from STREAM ENERGY!! I had an issue with my bill and was told to send proff of residencal rental documents. I faxed them 10 times and they claimed they never received them. The customer care people are not in the USA, they can't or will not attempt to help you. You can't understand a word they say and are the ruddest and indifferent people to deal with. Bottom line, Stream Energy give you the run around. They are not interested in providing good customer service - good luck getting anyone who speaks English. I will never deal with this company AGAIN! TAKE WARNING , NEITHER SHOULD YOU

4/1/2013 Stream Energy - I am getting a bill saying that I owe 535.00 one
I am getting a bill saying that I owe 535.00 one week and 410.00 the next week I always py the current charge and I am still being billed incorrectly when will thay stop the nonsense asking thier customers to pay for a billing error that was caused because the actula gas provider did not bill their customers for AGL charges and they now want their customers to pay for a mistake between them and the local carriers of service they use to give you gas. I believe if they want to collect and keep the cusotmer they have they should let the customers pay a little on each bill with the current usage until paid in full in stead of sending these huge bills to their customers.

I have been haveing a hard time getting my original Stream Energy bills mail to my address on time.

I would like to get them on time so I can pay on time.

I do get the Disconnection Notice on time, but it makes me look bad since I am not paying them on time.

Hi!My money order was sent last Thursday and I tryed to tell you represntatives that it should be there. They were very rude and uncaring most of them were men. They threated to cut me off.I tryed to talk to them but wouldnt listen. The channel 8 said they knew these are not summer days and they would work with you.Buts all a lied. They said if it doesnt appear by midnite that would shut me off. I actually you would take in to consideration of the hot hotdays.I think you all should be reported to channel 8.Once I get thinks straighten out I wont be using you with your representatives being so ugly

05-05-12 Talked with a human??? last week. Informed the gentleman I had sent my last payment to a POB in Dallas since I signed up. he told me I was wrong and gaave me an Atlanta address. I told him to contact their Dallas address people and see that I have paid and that I will not re-pay March bill. Ebill today shows I owe for 2 monthsw. Stream does not have an atlanta address. Strange. I have been sending my bill to Dallas Texas and theor machine calls me every now and then and I write that Ipaid and what chek number then a few months later I go through the same mess again.

nothing else to add to all these statements just x10 I guess you get what you pay for and then some. Please people use someone else so you dont have to go through the same thing that we have to. One more year on the agreement and I'm done thank you very much and we should all thank Stream for teaching us a lesson of You get what you pay for!
