Ordered a backpack 9 days ago and still have no backpack. Says left the day I ordered it by FedEx and now they tell me the post office is going to deliver it and will still be another 2 or 3 days....maybe! I ordered a lot on line this year, first time ever, and I got most all of it 2-3 days! Not SwissGear though.

Hello, I had gotten a Swiss Gear tent as a Christmas gift, This weeken May 22 - 25 2015 was the first time using it, It was an easy set up, but in the middle of the nite I woke up only to fine the door was open, the zipper was broke. We went to the store and bought clips to hold the door closed. Is there anything you can do for us. We really like the tent but can't use it with the zipper broken.

Normally I love Swiss Gear products and that is why I bought my husband a SG lunch bag for his bday.
It was perfect for him, for the last 6 months, until it broke. The inside started tearing and once it had a little rip, the whole inside part ripped out.
Does Swiss Gear have a warranty or a return policy for these products?

6/19/2014 I purchased a swiss gear back pack for my son..
I purchased a swiss gear back pack for my son.. and truly upset. has only used it for 3 weeks and 2 of the zippers are broke. In addition one of the straps is not fully secure. Paid $60 for this.. and feel like I got ripped off.
I have no idea who to reach out to , but am hoping I will get some customer service response.

I've swiss gear backpack half unzip and grip my backpack from my car swiss gear backpack is unsafe zip is open half throw my laptop. So my laptop was total damage I call swiss gear support and they tell me, they not unreasonable for my laptop damage. I using unsafe product from swiss gear. I'm fully zip and swiss gear backpack zip is unsafe and damage my laptop. Why they not unreasonable for that. I'm really piss of swiss gear product. I'm using only a month. I never use again and not to buy it.

I never write comments on websites either, but feel like I should warn people about these swiss gear backpacks. I will never buy this brand again. Cheaply made. Strap broke soon after we purchased it with little use. Tried customer service line and they were no help. Said I needed a receipt to receive any help. Who keeps a receipt for a backpack. You know they won't accept it as a return once you've used it. Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product. Need proof of purchase? I have a brand new swiss gear backpack with a broken strap!

11/2/2013 Swiss Gear - I bought my first Swissgear back pack for my son
I bought my first Swissgear back pack for my son to have as school bag. WHat a bad choice that was.....I thought these were supposed to be durable and rugged??....Within weeks of regular use the zipper is broken and thus the bag is rendered useless. I just filed a complaint with the customer service website and can't wait to se if anyone replies. I have documented the with pictures and would like to either get my money back (they are not cheap bags) or a replacement backpack in case the one I got was just a lemon....
Depending on the response from the company I'll either continue being a customer or will have to switch to a different type of bag...

I purchased a swiss gear backpack because I thought it would be durable and last. It was a little pricey but I thought I was getting quality. So far it has not even lasted a full year and all the zippers are broken.
I would not buy any other products because they are not durable.

I purchased many 1600 watt electrical converter. 1 blew immediately and so I returned it to staples. I thought it was an isolated case so I exchanged it for another and purchased 1 more. One of those completely came apart and the other exploded. Staples will not accept them because I do not have a receipt and they no longer carry the item (I'm sure I know why). I called the customer svc. # that states they're open 24/7. I got an answering machine stating the business week hours.

Very Dissapointed and out $45.00

I have always enjoyed you products. My most recent purchase of a laptop bag has me thinking that I am experiencing a fluke. I put the bag on my shoulder and the strap just broke, loosing its integrity at the insert in the bag. I am six feet tall. The bag with laptop inside fell, damaged. I don't know what to do about the laptop and the value of the bag needs to be replaced. I called and left a message. This is time sensitive both are needed for me to functional. I am disabled. In addition, the integrity of the bag outter fabric isn't as durable as other products that I have purchased of your; for this I would have just selected a different bag in the future. After reading some of the above notes, I felt compelled to leave this message, as I don't have the reserve to wait extended periods of time for a resolution. I hoping that your quick resolution reflects the reputation that I had known of Swiss Gear.
