NEver notified Norton bought out. Now told I have to pay extra to get current norton program even though I don't expire till July 2016. What kind of scam are they running. Then was told $62.00for 1year plus 10 months took the deal. Gave info and no one ever called me back to verify also would not send me email confirming this. What's up with that I should not have been charged anything you buy a co you buy there customer contracts.

6/11/2012 Symantec - I have iAntiVirus on my iMac using OS X 10.6. The
I have iAntiVirus on my iMac using OS X 10.6. The program created a large Temp folder with hundreds of files - the final size was 699 GB. I have tried to remove the folder and its contents and am unable. I would like to be able to reclaim the 699 GB of unused space. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

DEAR SIR, I HAD NORTON PUT ON 2 COMPUTERS TODAY AND YOUR TECHNICAL PERSON ( ABDUL ASIF KHAN ) AND ( VAMSI ) WERE EXCELLENT. THEY HAD THE PATIENCE WITH ME THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED BEFORE. KUDOS TO NORTON FOR EMPLOYING 2 VERY CARING PEOPLE. I REALLY HAD THEM WORK VERY HARD AT DOING 2 COMPUTERS BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THEY TOOK OVER AND COMPLETED THE TASK FOE ME. WITHOUT THESE 2 PEOPLE I WOULD NEVER HAD THIS COMPLETED BY MYSELF. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOBS, WHICH IS VERY NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS THERE JOB. I WOULD LIKE BOTH TO BE REWARDED FOR EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID IF POSSIBLE , AND HOPE TO BE NOTICIFIED WITH A REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.

I purchased the "Deluxe Antivirus Norton 360" in august of 2011. I have contacted symtec-Norton at least 4 times to request a REFUND. It has not worked a single day! I request a 100% REFUND. 03-26-12 ps-Why all the Advertisements popping up when I have block popups on my computer? And my one year that I paid for is good thru August 2012...so...why is it saying I can a)buy a one year subscription? b)Renew now as I have not purchased the renewal c) It did clear and collect the annual renewal fee in August/Sept of 2011...and d) I can not get anyone at Norton to phone me or email me.
REFUND REQUESTED ASAP!!!!
