they transferred money out of my accounts and messed up my tax situation. I had hired professional financial people-- CPA"S TO MANAGE MY BUSINESS AND MONEY the branch manager seemed to have been involved with transferring money out of my accounts to another account They do not take responsibility for their employees and hire fairly inexperienced people as branch managers. I paid a lawyer and an accountant for nothing, it appears that they do not follow instructions and then deny that money was transferred Not recommended for business people ; the managers change frequently so that there is no consistency --

I have a good bit of cash in td bank and not only do they pay VERY LITTLE interest but now they have charged me a fee to use my atm card elsewhere. I tried 3 times to speak to a real person in customer service and all 3 times the message said a 20 minute hold. Today I get an offer in the mail (my regular home mail ) which I have asked them more than once not to use. As if I would use this bank for anything else ever again. They do have a bank a mile form home and that's the ONLY reason I still have some cash there. Norm

The tellers at my local TD Bank branch are a friendly and helpful crew, and I like them, but the manager, and her immediate assistants, are aloof, unfriendly, and not at all helpful. After a particularly unpleasant interaction with an officious assistant manager, I'm closing my account, and taking my business elsewhere. TD Bank has succumbed to a common failing of expanding businesses: they substitute the rhetoric of caring, for the real thing. Footnote: Don't bother calling their toll free help line. You'll be put on hold indefinitely. In a town with 6 banking institutions, there is no reason for me to put up with TD Bank's foolishness.

Between management and the employees i had the worst customer experience ever. They were not friendly or professional. They did not act as if they actually cared about there job. All the employees need to be replaced. The manager was not helpful when i needed assistance. They have me wait for the change i called in and said i would need an hour ahead of time even though there were no other customers.

7/2/2013 TD Bank Phone Number - I should change banks. I have been doing my
I should change banks. I have been doing my business banking with TD Bank since it took over for Commerce Bank, and it was Gateway State Bank before that. There is a disconnect between the public relations ads and in-bank displays (everyone welcome, business hours open convenient for business owners). TD Bank must have a training program to teach their managers how to keep their depositors. Tellers are ok, but the managers are interested in only their biggest accounts ( at this particular branch they got kudos for opening business accts for Seaview Hospital).
Why these managers feel they can ignore their other business accounts is beyond me.
I would like to speak to the manager who oversees the Staten Island branch managers. I wish I could find a branch that treats their business owners with respect, rather than looking at their deposits as 'extra work'.

I have been doing my business banking with TD Bank on Portland Ct for a few month simply because of the convience. The tellers there are rude and in this day of "customer service" a simple thank you or have a nice day at the end of the transaction would go along way. 2/26/2013 TD Bank Phone Number - customer service lol there is none had a problem
customer service lol there is none had a problem with my morgage acct and after a year and 3 months still not solved cost me 6000 and cant be told were it went everything including not my department to im not alowwed to do math
every call takes a week to get hold of anyone other then a answering machine never a call back and of course you will have to call some one else after you do get someone after 10 more weeks sent back were you started still not thier or anyone elses department
