I ordered a new baby arrangement advertised on the web site. It was for a preemie baby girl. The arrangement was a lamb with the flowers being small white baby roses and babys breath with a big pink bow on the front. It was perfect for a new premature baby girl. What they received was the lamb base and with big fall flowers and no bow. I told the person who took my order that I wanted NO substitutions. I said if I couldn't get that arrangement I wanted nothing. He made a notation on the order to this effect when he submitted the order. I called telefloral the next day and expressed frustration with the delivery. I told them I wanted my money back and would not accept the flowers. They said they were sorry and said it was noted on the order, no substitutions. They said they could give me 40% off another order. I said no, just my money back. Then they said they could give me 20% back on the order amount. They said if I was to get a full refund that they would have to take the flower arrangement back. I told them they should do that and I would call my credit card company about it. I called the person the flowers were for (she is still in the hospital after a C section and her baby is in neo-natal), and explained the situation. She said she would be waiting for them to pick up the flowers. This is just bait and switch. I want my refund now. The original person who took my order was great.

I was disappointed with the floral arrangement I ordered (#2223957885) in celebration of my mother's 78th birthday. Although the arrangement was delivered in a timely manner, the flowers were very small and rather skimpy. The actual arrangement was round, but only had flowers in the front! The back was absolutely empty, not a bloom or decoration in sight. I will not be using your services again.

every time I have ordered flowers for this company I get flowers that are just thrown in a vase and are not even worth the price I paid and doesn't even come on day I scheduled for I will never in my life order from Teleflora again and I will never recommend them to friends I will save my money. been on hold for a hour to talk to someone to complain

What a bunch of chicken crap this company is. I put my order in for Mother's Day well in advance, a week. I am charged extra for delivery to be on Saturday. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. I called only to be disconnected several times. I go online to CHAT LIVE, that was a joke! For two hours she has me on chat and towards the end she tells me I have till midnight to wait for my flowers to be delivered!?!?! No way am I opening up my door to a stranger at midnight! Then she tells me three different stories: 1. florist says driver is out delivering my flowers and would be calling me; 2. shop is closed now but driver is still out for delivery; 3. she called rep and was told it would be MONDAY MAYBE for the delivery! What a joke this company is. Sunday morning I called asking about my flowers only to be told florist is closed. That's when I asked for a supervisor and she disconnects me. I called back again explaining what happened and demanded a FULL REFUND! I was told it would be refunded 3 - 5 business days. Wondering about that now. I did email Teleflora and am still waiting for them to return an answer. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TELEFLORA. I WOULD RATHER PICK WILD FLOWERS THAN DO THAT AGAIN. They are not allowed to give customer florist's name?

This is the worst company i have ever done business with.You guys r PETHITIC,my wife told me to cancelled the order i had with pro flowers,i said that pro flowers has always come thru ,no promblems. I give you guys a 10 rating, from 1 to 10. 10 being the worst ever.I hope people get together & file a lawsuit to shut your company down for good.I sent a copy of this to facebook to let ever body know how bad you guys r

1/20/2014 I order from Teleflora about 3 or 4 times a year
I order from Teleflora about 3 or 4 times a year and only had a problem once. I had a problem one time with the color of flowers not being what I wanted. It was a winter piece and suppose to have all white flowers. It had some pink. The person loved them and didn't even realize they were suppose to be all white but I knew and it wasn't what I wanted. I sent an email to customer service and received an apology and a refund of 30%. They deal with many florists and I think many of the problems could be with those local florists and not Teleflora. If they know of problem, they fix it. At least they did with me.

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before ordering...lesson learned. I ordered a $60 flower arrangement for delivery the same day, when I entered the order it said it was available the same day. Later that day I received an email stating the order could not be delivered that day. So I opted for delivery the next day, being understanding that things happen. Now today I was notified that the order cannot be delivered at all and that the florist was demanding additional money because the delivery was (out of their serving area)!!! Totally unacceptable! Customer service did nothing to help me either... said they could do nothing about it... total BS! What a poor way to treat a customer - guess I will stick to 800flowers.com or proflowers.com. -another customer who got screwed by Teleflora
