6/22/2011 Tesco (UK) - friday last week my wife said there was an offer,
friday last week my wife said there was an offer, that if you purchased two packs of toilet rolls we would get 5p of diesel, so we went to the main store in stockport, where we asked the lady on the information desk about it, she said the offer had finnished, so i ended up buying £81-56 of diesel and did not get any discount.
now as a pensioner of 78yrs we need all the discounts we can get .

I went into tesco today to do my shopping ,which included buying 2 packs of dog food on offer at 6 packs in a sleeve for 3 pound, I took 2 sleeves to the checkout and was told I could only have 1 as 2 was was classed as (wait for it!!) BULK buying.Whats that all about.They didnt say anything to the guy on the next checkout who bought 3 bottles of whiskey,I wonder why ? .Ita Asda for me from now on .

I am also totally frustrated with the communication regarding the yo yo pricing and misrepresentation in store. Daily emails are sent without acknowledgement or response. Previous actions were empty apologies and sustained profit maximisation. I await the anticipated escalated response as soon as possible.

I am still raging at tesco's incompetence with the issue of gift tokens with a mobile phone offer 3months on I'm still waiting for the other half of my gift token,nobody has bothered 2 get back to me on the matter or even apologised to me despite numerous phone calls to various tesco call centres only to be fobbed off with some excuse,I want this matter resolved asap.

9/16/2009 Tesco (UK) - I have just sent an email to my local store
I have just sent an email to my local store re.customer feedback .There is one issue that affects all uk stores though . Self service checkouts . They should have 2 buttons on them . One to say " Slow up . Old -art using system " and another to say "I am using my own reusable bags . They are not unexpected items" Many thanks.
