PRESS RELEASE

With the Failure of Traditional Economic Theories “Bottom Up” aka “Real World” Economics developed by Barry Howard Minkin in the 1970’s at Stanford Research Institute is finally a Hot Topic. Even the President Obama is talking about it

ECONOMISTS AND OTHER PUNDITS:
WHY THE EXPERTS ARE MISSING IT

“He’s naked!”
The Emperor’s New Clothes – Hans Christian Andersen

“An economist is someone who wanted to be an accountant but didn’t have the personality for it.” – Barry Minkin

In his book THE GREAT UNRAVELING –HOW TO SURVIVE & PROSPER IN THE COMING GLOBAL DEPRESSION, Barry Minkin clearly explains that though the tools and theories of economics are invalid “Econo-babble,” they are accepted and have blinded our leaders into using inadequate measures and outdated techniques to chart the country’s future direction.
In the near future, today’s economists, along with their theories and tools, will be shown to be as wrong as those experts who believed the Earth was flat during Columbus’ time. Until that day, however, our strong reliance on invalid economic thought and the charlatans who continue to promote it will persist as another subtle force undermining Western society.
Economists love to go on programs like the “ News Hour” and debate ferociously the potential effect of proposals such as continuing the President Bush’s tax cut package. One says that we must keep the tax cuts or the economy will fall back into recession. The other Professor from Berkeley will smirk and suggest that tax cuts were not needed since the current downturn was a normal part of the economic cycle, making a rebound inevitable. The casual viewer might think that these people have few beliefs in common, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Virtually all leading economists share one unifying belief: they make their living predicting how tomorrow will be like yesterday. Because they are forever looking in the rear –view mirror of the past, they do not and cannot see our economic future.
As a guest on your show I will demystify and challenge the basic economic belief systems, methodology, and tools espoused by wizards with names like Bernanke, Greenspan, Friedman, Kemp, and Reagan. If we keep relying on conjurers to cure our economic woes, unpleasant economic surprises will continue to threaten global stability. Ask me about:
Recycling Business Cycles
Reliance on Macro Measures
The View from the Top down – How the 1970’s and 1980’s crushed the Idols of Economics
Looking Up – My Real-World View of the Economy

What Real Factors Will Impact the Economy?
I’ve learned firsthand that organizations are as individual as people. The factors that affect the success or failure of companies, even within the same industry, can be quite different. Therefore, a one-size-fits-all, top-down approach is of little value.
I have also observed that most of the determinants of organizational success were not the type of data collected and analyzed by economists or others charged with determining economic direction. Economic forecasting must be based on factors that impact organizations and propel economic growth. Therefore, my bottom-up, company-specific approach will always produce more accurate forecasts than top-down macroeconomic tools and theories.

I am a Market Research Manager at a prestigious Global Market Research Company, and am trying to offer free subscriptions of the Economist as an incentive to completing a questionnaire. While my company has done this in Europe, we have never done it in the US, with delivery to Canada. I would like some guidance as to how this process works. If you need additional assurances of the genuineness of my company, I am more than able to provide you with what ever information you require. Thank you in advance.

You simply MUST get with the program soon and add the names and positions of those who write each article published in The Economist.

This just appears in a similar magazine::: "FOR EVERY FACT IN EVERY STORY IN THIS MAGAZINE, THERE EXISTS A SOURCE: A PERSON OR RECORD THAT BACKS UP THE CLAIM."

YOU DO NOT DO THIS. Why? I want to know who writes those great article and the source. THE WEEK does it and so do many others like TIME, etc.
