Excellent response time after dialing the telephone number - no waiting. Representative checked on what I had requested and had an answer within a minute.
I had some apprehension calling after reading some of the previous comments; however, my experience proved much different.

I was missing the mounting brackets for my Thule 5401 Snowcat and was told by the customer service douche bag rep they did not have any parts available, could NOT give me part #'s for me to research, did NOT have the part #'s and did not KNOW the part #'s and it was my responsibility to contact Thule in Sweden if I needed parts for it. Just a bunch of douche bags. Take the money and run.....to Yakima

9/16/2012 Thule USA - I just purchased a 422xt Xsporter truck rack. It
I just purchased a 422xt Xsporter truck rack. It looks great. The advertisement say it locked to the truck bed. It does not! Now I have to figure out how to lock it to the truck so it doesn't get stolen!! The rack can be removed from the truck bed in about 10 minutes with a racket wrench! Very disappointed in Thule's advertisement. It needs to be re-writen to state the truth.

Thule / shopatron has the worst customer service on the planet. I ordered keys ten days ago (8-21-12), and for ten days now,SHIPPING SOON pops up , even when I access my account through shopatron. I have e-mailed them FOUR TIMES, through their OWN WEBSITE with no response. If I ran my business this poorly I'd be waiting in line at a soup kitchen right now. NO RESPONSE . I wonder how you say that in Sweedish? Well here is my response in English : I WILL NOT BUY THULE PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN.

Tule has worst custromer service, and lie about thier promises. on July 24, 2012 Florian in customer service stated a $30.00 refund to me to be credited back to my card. As of today 8-28-12 NO REFUND so will spend another 1 hour on phone on hold to get them to respond........

7/24/2012 Thule USA - Just purchased a Thule Excursion ES cartop box
Just purchased a Thule Excursion ES cartop box from Amazon.com. When it arrived on Friday afternoon I discovered that the U-bolts/quick-connects provided to attach the box to the car rack did not fit the pre-drilled holes in the box! I had to wait until the following Tuesday to contact Thule since they are closed on Mondays (inconvenient). I called the 800 number and waited on hold for 28 minutes to speak to someone. Once I got through, the customer service rep was very helpful. They were aware of this issue and are sending me a replacement attachment kit via UPS 3-day shipping. We'll see if it arrives as promised. I think that 28 minutes is much too long to have to wait to speak to someone, and I am not impressed with their quality control. However, the build quality of the box appears good, and if they resolve this quickly I'll be satisfied.

what a waste of time. this is the # listed on thule's site as well. I have a rack that I bought from a dealer. All I want to do is purchase new feet as I bought a new vehicle. Well I am so frustrated that I never get to speak to a representative and they never respond when you submit a ticket that I am just going to sell the whole shit and cargo box and buy american. O and FYI the thule fit option does NOT help if you only want to purchase the feet. the suggestion made above to never deal with a company that refuses to list a WORKING CUSTOMER service number is a VERY GOOD SUGGESTION! My time is money not being made while I am wasting it over and over again trying to make a purchase!

Ordered some parts on the 19th, called them on the 26th and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for it to be shipped! You have to be kidding.
