I will NEVER EVER waste my time buying from ticket master. I attempted to purchase a ticket, and an error message kept popping up. I check my bank account, and I've been charged TWICE for the same ticket. Yet, amazingly, not one damn person in "customer service" can find proof of purchase. I WILL be speaking to a supervisor, and you will no longer get my business. I have never seen such piss poor service or attitude.

We have been calling Jan. 21 and Jan. 22 to exchange our tickets for the Lion King show in NYC January 24,2016. All we get is a busy signal! I can't believe how easy it is to buy the tickets, but IMPOSSIBLE to exchange. Why can't that be done online as well as buying them. I hope we can still exchange them if we can't get through before the 24th.

You get NO stars, I am locked out. Had tickets to Stockton Verikai to celebrate getting out of the hospital. Then informed that that day is cancelled. I cannot get into your system to see any seats available and you have NOTHING but an automated system which does not address my exchanging my no longer good tickets. I bought 4 tickets for $388.80 and am totally bummed out!!
