7/26/2010 hi, i had recently purchased tickets to the Xbox 360 Presents Justin Bieber My World Tour General Motors Place, Vancouver, BC Tue, Oct 19, 2010 07:00 PM now it says on the reply that " At the time of entry, you must present the credit card used to purchase your tickets as well as a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport). Your entire party must enter the venue at the same time." NOW MY QUESTION IS, If the person (my mother) who's name the credit card is in- isn't gonna be there,how do i get my tickets if they are paperless? thank you, Derek

6/29/2010 I BOUGHT CONCERT TICKETS FOR JULY 2ND AND NOW IT'S BEEN CANCELLED. TICKETMASTER IS FAST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT LIKE GIVING IT BACK!!! IT'S NOW GONNA TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GET IT BACK. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6/24/2010 I ORDERED TICKETS MAY 31 FOR A CONCERT. THE TICKETS WERE PRINTED JUNE 7, WHY WERE THEY NOT MAILED UNTIL 10 DAYS LATER ON JUN 17?. IN MY OPINION THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RECEIVED MY TICKETSS 22 DAYS AFTER ORDERING!

6/23/2010 I have spent all day trying to buy tickets to the Circus for my grandchildren. They have disconnected my call every time I tried it. I am so frustrated I think I'll take them to a movie instead. Sure is cheaper.

6/21/2010 i BOUGHT 2 TICKETS AND WITH THE TICKETS I HAD TO BUY A FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP FOR 36.23. i NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL, THEY SAID I WOULD GET IN 8 WEEKS FROM ORDERING TICKETS. I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP. i ALSO WANTED TO CANCEL THE TICKETS A MONTH IN ADVANCED, BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CONCERT. THEY SAID ALL SALES WERE FINAL. i SPENT 180 DOLLARS ON 2 TICKETS AND A FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF CHARGES ADDED TO IT. FACILITY CHARGE, CONVEINENCE CHARGE, ORDER PROCESSING FEE, RETAIL PICK-UP FEE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH TICKET MASTER AGAIN. IT IS A RIP OFF AND BEGINNING TO THINK IT IS A SCAM!

6/17/2010 When I purchase tickets and spend the money to buy Best Available, I expect them to be Best Available. I ran into situation where clearly Ticketmaster didn't have access to the best tickets to begin with but then some became available to them. Despite my history with them for buying frequent quite expensive tickets, they were completely inflexible to change them. They essentially told me that I would have to have a dying or terminally ill family member situation in order to do what I was suggesting. I am too high integrity to lie about something just to get my way although with this degree of inflexibility it's awfully tempting. They were not willing to provide any details about how to express displeasure with their higher ups so I'll do what I can in addition to moving my business to other ticket providers.

5/23/2010 We purchased tickets from Ritmo Latino in Canoga Park. This place is a certified approved place to purchase Ticket Masters tickets. Dont waste your time doing this because if something goes wrong and you need assistance, you need the store to actually fix it for you and they dont. The manager for Ritmo Latino was unprofessional and did not have one bit of managerial skills. They could not correct a simple error made by them, like the date of the show for Elmo Live 1-2-3. We then called Ticketmaster customer service and they gave me some cacamania about not being able to correct the issue either because the store has a differernt numbering system. Then why the hell have a retail store, if your not going to have a outlet store sale correct tickets. Ticketmaster has too much of a monopoly on the shows and concert tickets and when you need their help/assistance they do a crapy job in doing so. The same people that keep them in business, are also the people that are don't get the quality customer assistance.

4/3/2010 I Purchased Tickets For The Three Days Grace Concert At Pikeville,KY April 7th And I Recieved An Email From Ticketmaster Saying It Has Been Cancelled. I Have Checked On Their Official Site and Myspace But It Does Not say That Has Been Cancelled It Says Its Still Up And Running For April 7th. So Is It True That The Concert Is Cancelled?

3/29/2010 I keep getting told that the Atlanta Ticketmaster office is closed and does not open until 9am.....it is now 9:47am....frustrating? What is my next option? I have not received tickets ordered weeks ago and want to know the status! Please respond!

3/17/2010 I purchase tickrts to a concert out town your agent told me i cann,t pick the tickets up at my local ticket master. I told this person i do it all the time still told me i can,t do it. then hung up on me.

3/17/2010 I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for Houston and when I received tickets they were for Dallas. Called them and explained and they said they would issue refund, which after 5 days I still have not received plus I tried to get tickets for the Houston event but they saidare sorry but tickets you want are all gone. Infered: we, Ticketmater, "screwed-up" but you are the one that will suffer. These people need a good ass whipping.
