1/5/2013 TopShop USA - I was surprised to have a good customer service
I was surprised to have a good customer service experience after reading the reviews. I spoke with someone after less than ten minutes of waiting, and she was very polite and did her best to assist me. Only, she could not find my item through me Email, but she did give me information that if it successfully gone through my card was charged, and after two weeks of not receiving my parcel I should call back because at that point it will be viewed as a missing parcel. I am pleased with the person that worked with me but still unsatisfied with the wait time and uncertainty.

i have tried contacting topshop in regards to my order placed for a pair of boots. To get the free international shipping, I added some unwanted items (on sale not good quality) to my order, and now I have received the other items, and not the boots i wanted. The style of boots is sold out, and I have written topshop 5 times, always getting a generic response as reply. They sign off as "love, Topshop", but I think they love to piss off their customers.

2/27/2012 TopShop USA - I too have been let down. Over a month has gone by
I too have been let down. Over a month has gone by with no response what so ever from topshop. The saving grace was disputing the charge with my bank- who was very helpful and got it taken care of right away.
This happened 2 years ago too, I ordered topman gifts for my bf for Xmas and they never came. Somehow I DID get intouch with customer service via phone and they reversed that charges. At this time there were terrible snow storms in the uk so I chalked it up to that.
Lesson officially learned. Don't let them take your $. Call your bank :)

never ordering from topshop online again! I ordered boots 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOPSHOP ONLINE. Do yourself a favor and go to the store or don't shop here at all.

5/5/2011 TopShop USA - I called the customer service line after my order
I called the customer service line after my order was being "processed" for 5 days and was prompted I would be 3rd in line. I was on hold for over an hour before I hung up because no one answered. I completed their "fill out this form" section under Contact Us on their website and still no one has replied 7 days later. They've charged my credit card for the product but are still uncapable of providing a tracking number which, during this day and age, is unheard of. The company should not be doing online business in the US...PERIOD!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.S. I received a confirmation of my order 3 weeks after my order, than nothing. I twice filled out and submitted the form on their website asking what happened to my order, with NO response. Today I called and held for 37 minutes before getting a customer service representative who told me I might not see my order for another 4 weeks -- when of course I won't need it anymore! They are obviously NOT set up to service the U.S. -- and I order from ASOS frequently, another London based company, who give great service -- so I know it can be done.

Horrible comunication with customers... I am truly disappointed that Topshop can't deliver on its role as a clothing merchant. Time of delivery??? Topshop international shipping fails to deliver its goods (on time, or at all!), excluding many of its international customers.
