I saw a holiday on your site with happy journeys.co.UK for all inclusive 7 nights at Blue sea Los Fincos for £199 pp in May 2013. I phoned the number and they said the holiday was half board.it is still advertised on your site and I don't know where to go next as it appears this holiday has been advertised just to bring customers in which of course is not legal.

I wanted to purchase tickets for "KA" in Las Vegas on your deal from Wednesday Nov. 14th but I have not been able to access the site. Everytime I try to log on it doesn't work. I purchased three tickets for my parents and myself to fly from LA to Washington, the tickets were charged to my bank account but I don't have any confirmation, or details or any emails from TravelZoo. I don't know which airlines, what time or any details. yesterday(o6/o8/12)i went with my husband and guests to Ramada Hotel in Sutton Coldfield,Birmingahm for afternoon tea using vouchers i purchased from Travelzoo.the visit wasn't all together satisfactory as we expected a traditional English afternoon tea.we came with visitors from abroad who were excited to experience this very English treat.we were disapointed to find that the table we were told to choose to sit by was not laid and ready for afternoon tea. no table cloth,no cups and sauces, napkins etc.simply bare table.not the welcome we were hoping for.i can't fault the service or the lovely display of sandwiches and cakes,but it would be a lot nicer if we had that little touch of a table ready for visitors.after all we booked it in advance. we weren't just random guests.please pass it on to the hotel,or advice me what to do. DW.

I purchased a hotel night through travel zoo at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, arrived and checked in at 2pm, and was told that when the room was ready, they would call my cell number. I had not received a phone call the rest of the day, only to be told at the end of the day they did not have a room for us. I had to buy accommodations at a nearby hotel that night. I do not find anywhere on the website how to apply for a refund.
