I am very satisfied with Tupperware products. I just want to complaint on the service at Bintulu (Sarawak) branch. Such bad business ethic,unlike Kota Kinabalu branch at Jln Lintas. The representative (Dorothy Pau) herself said no bookings are allowed so i keep calling whenever i wanted to go take my orders.But i am very disappointed when i DID call and they actually said just come and get the order and when i gt there,none of the orders asked earlier is available.NONE AT ALL.there is actually 2 sets of my order available bt then the lady said oh its been booked so i hv to wait the other week.even asked me to call before i come the next time.but I DID CALL BEFORE I GT THERE.and then the dealer herself said they cannot get bookings from customer bcs 1st come 1st serve.they asked me to come in the morning next time before thwir sold out.they said that they already have 2k++ bookings.How come others can book but i can't?is it because they only accept bookings from their downlines?what lind of service is this?They need to work harder on their customer service.

I would like to complaints Tupperware dealer at Pekan Baru Sungai Petani. The representative in the shop and the owner (Mr. Chiew) of the shop has no patient to listen to the customer comments.

2 months ago, I sent water bottle that crack to that particular dealer. At that time, the rep said they need to send that water bottle base Tupperware HQ to confirm whether it can be replace. I told the rep to send the whole set as there is no point to hold the cover and the handle without the based. That rep told me that I can throw away that cover and handle as if HQ confirmed that it can be replaced then they will send the whole new set. I was given a slip for reclaimed back my water bottle.

Today, I went to that dealer to reclaim my water bottle but they only give me the water bottle base without cover and handle. I try to talk to them but they said that rep that served me has resigned. I told them that I feel cheated and they get the owner (Mr. Chiew) to talk to me. The Owner (Mr. Chiew) asked me to call Tupperware customer service but I feel that this is the issue with that dealer not Tupperware so I refuse to call. We start raising our voice and at the end the owner said if I raise my voice he will sue me (The reason I have to raise my voice is because there are a few of them keep talking and nobody listen to me, I have no choice in order for them to be able to listen to me.) And don’t forget that he is raising his voice when talking to a “CUSTOMER” and behave very root. He not even apology for the mistake.
I will never walk to that Tupperware store again. The Customer Service is suck. I think Tupperware need to carefully review their dealer in the timely basis. Don’t spoil the good well that has been built years ago because of a bad customer service from the dealer.

i AM WATING ON A PICKEL HOLDER I ORDERED FROM A STACEY BEIGHTOL AND I ORDERED IT IN FEBRUARY AND HAVE YET TO GET IT ....I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO MEET UP WITH HER AND SHE HAS FAILED SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND SHE SAID THAT TUPPPERWEAR WILL NOT DO RETURNS. IM AT MY WITTS END BECAUSE THIS IS NOT FAIR. I PAID 21.06 FOR THIS AND SHE DIDN'T DELIVER. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THREE REPRESENTATIVES NOW. I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A BETTER SCREENING PROCESS FOR TUPPERWARE REPS AS IT GOES WAY BACK AND IS A TRADITION FROM FOREVER AGO...A GREAT COMPANY GETTING A BAD NAME NOW.

I just wanted to let Tupperware customers know the product really hold up to its reputation. I have a large cylinder type canister (holds a 5# bag of flour). I purchased this along with the smaller ones for brown sugar etc. sometime during the latter part of the first year of our marriage. My husband I celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary in November of 2011. I have continually used these containers all this time. I love to bake so the flour canister has been opened and closed many many times and still works beautifully. Thank you for a great product.

Please note we have ordered tupperware 3 mnths ago. to date we didn't receive our order. The lady promised to do an eft for our monies on the 23rd August and this has still not been done. Please see an email from her below, this is very unprofessional. Is there anything you can do to assist?

1. I AS A MANAGER HAVE TO PAY FOR TUPPERWARE UPFRONT, IF THE DISTRIBUTORSHIP DOES NOT HAVE STOCK I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE STOCK.
2. I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ITEMS ORDERED VIA NADINE.
3. AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED I WILL PAY YOU YOUR MONEY AS SOON AS I CAN, I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FLOATING AROUND HENCE THE FACT THAT I SELL TUPPERWARE TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY.
4. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE SHAPE O TOY, WAS NOT DELIVERED TO YOU AS I HAD NOTIFIED NADINE THAT I DID HAVE IT AND SHE WAS WELCOME TO COLLECT IT. SO NOW IT IS MY PROBLEM AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR STUFF THAT WAS NOT MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE.
5. IT IS THE DEMONSTRATORS RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT THEIR ORDERS I COLLECT NADINE’S ORDERS AS A FAVOUR FOR HER BECAUSE I WANTED TO HELP HER.

AND AGAIN I WILL REITERATE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY AS SOON AS I HAVE IT TO GIVE YOU!
I GET PAID ON THE 23RD SO IF NOT BEFORE THEN I WILL PAY YOU FROM MY SALARY.

I would like to know which of your microwave products do NOT have polycarbonate BPAs. I have read that the rock 'n serve and vent 'n serve do. What about the heat 'n serve. I seem to remember from a tupperware salesperson that you would be making your microwave products with a safer plastic. Is the heat 'n serve this product or does it still contain BPAs?

I called tupperware customer service about my celery crisper cover shrank for some reason. I was advised by the representative to soak the cover in hot water for a minute. Guess what? I dried it real quick and put the cover on the crisper container and it worked! How i wish i knew that trick a long time ago. Nadia
