This was a good company at one time, now they have the next worst customer service to Comcast cable.
At least 2 to 3 times a year magazines do not get delivered. When you call to complain, 800-866-1400 # they are the NASTY B to deal with, they all have an attitude.
Someone in the corporate office should revamp the customer service center and teach these B how to deal with a problem.
Just renewed my magazines again and only received 1 book, when I called they try to tell me it my mail person.
Judging by all the complaint I just read, it is clear where the problem lies.

My ck cleared the bank on Nov 8 2016..Have not yet received your magazine. From the reviews
that I have just read I may never get the magazine or an answer to my phone call when I try
to call on Monday Nov 28. After reading the reviews I am sorry that I subscribed to TV magazine.
I thought it would be the same as the ones from years ago but from what I have read it isnt
worth even the $15.00 which I thought was a bargain. I suppose its the same as getting what
we pay for. Live and learn. I dont know how your company stays in business. I will be more
careful the next time I am offered a "deal."

I just ordered TV guide on a special of $20.00 for 1 year....You added people magazine that brought the amount up to $117.00 ...What kind of shit is that...I'm going to cancel everything and sence I never received anything I'm going to stop payment...If you take it out anyway I will press charges and that's a felony..So you better think about the way you're running your business because a lot of trouble is coming your way if you don't regroup and put I TV guide back the way it was...Who cares about all the adds what we want is whats on 24/7 I wish you luck because you're going to need it...Oh by the way did I tell you that there are thousands of people that feel the way I do...So on that note FIX THE PROBLEM!

The magazine is a great disappointment. I expected daytime listings as well as full nighttime listings. As it is, all you get are listing from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. I canceled it after seeing one issue.
