Trying to get first ride, phone will not let me enter anything for destination says Enter destination later. Tried to call customer support no such thing at uber. can't believe its this much trouble maybe its a sign to stay away. Very disappointed. uber sent tex said it was fixed ,no its not... 7/11/2017 I have a fraudulent Uber charge on my credit card
I have a fraudulent Uber charge on my credit card from France. I was in France in early June and used Uber for valid truncation. However, I retuned home on June 8th. I notice the I have another Uber charge in France on July 9th for $36.84, but I was not in France during that time; I was at home in Durango Colorado. Thus the Uber charge in France for $36.84 on July 9th is a mistaken charge or a fraudulent entry. Please advise. Thank you.

I am a rider and have uber account. I couldn't open my uber account to modify or add it.. I need to add my remark saying, let driver know, don't call me because I am deaf but driver can reach me thru text with my iPhone. How can I put the remark on my account saying, don't use phone call.

Is it possible to give no stars? There is no customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone. Overcharged on a pool ride. Explained the circumstances on line - there were none. Quoted one rate charged another. Continue to get back - RESOLVED - Checked. This is correct. It is not correct! This is called lying and cheating. They have a lot of bad press and deserve more. The difference is $1.56. Now on principle not about the money. Lyft is now my call. Does anyone know how to file a complaint - any regulatory agency? I am in the Bay Area. Home of UBER. 6/13/2017 Scheduled Uber on Sunday evening to pickup my
Scheduled Uber on Sunday evening to pickup my Niece & her 1 yr old baby from a Greyhound Station in Silver Spring, MD at 11:30pm. This request was submitted at 6:pm earlier that day therefore, the driver knew his exact pickup and drop off point. Nonetheless, when my Niece & baby arrived at the Greyhound Station (11:30pm) the driver showed up, placed baggage in the trunk of his vehicle, allowed occupants to enter his car and asks "Where are you going". When replied " To Montgomery Village" which is approx 20 mins from Silver Spring, the driver indicated that the distance was to far and he could not take them home and preceded to take luggage out of vehicle and told my Niece & Nephew to get out of his car. How rude and disgusting! He should be FIRED. Tried to reach customer service but unsuccessful. Wrote a letter to the CEO!
