I don't know bout uber. Not user friendly. No good phone number to call for overcharging, which seems to have happened many times, or to book or for customer service. I do not like this service or the fact that none of their contact phone numbers are any good

5/25/2017 I took an Uber on 5/24/17 from the Las Vegas
I took an Uber on 5/24/17 from the Las Vegas airport to my home the cost was $31.05 which was ok. The first driver assigned could not make it so I was assigned another Joshua arrived within 15 mins,nice guy good driver. Later when I was checking my bank account I noticed I was being charged not only the 31.05 but three other charges for $24.95 all of them in different states. I can not get ahold of Uber to get this corrected. My bank says once they clear they will file fraud charges. Then they want to charge me an extra $5.00 because the first driver could not make it, what does that have to do with me and why should I have to pay. I will think twice before using Uber again.

This is not a good email, I was asked to come on board and join UBER by a friend, however for whatever reason my credentialing didn’t take. I had to wait a week than received a text message stating someone would meet me at Starbucks. Between the hours of 10am -1pm on Tuesday, and Thursday. I left my full-time job to go over and set for 30min with a no show representative ?? I’m very upset at this point and just want to say forget this. If this is the way you treat your co-worker that is just starting out I want no parts and will tell everyone about this ordeal it’s crazy

What is wrong with you people? Don't you know that there are seniors in need of rides that are unable to play with cell phones & computers. And it's not because they're stupid either. Some are financially better off than the idiots that came up with a business without a phone number. None of the #'s listed are any good. Website for complaints says the page has been removed, # for help is a blank page. 866-281-0333, Ryan, answered, didn't want to help & hung up. Afterward no one would answer my calls. I've tried to book a ride for them but Uber, has my info stored in the're system & won't take the customers I'm trying to help. Why is Uber, hiding from $$$$?

It's a shame you have such a poor rating. I do not use cell phones, apps or other Generation X time-wasters. I would like a ride in Phoenix to a job interview. Reading the blogs, your company should be ashamed of yourselves.

I used my Uber app in Chicago on Wednesday, April 19th ONCE for a 10 minute ride which indicated would be $6.08. Since then I have ALSO been charged 4/21 $0.51, 4/21 $0.13, 4/21 $63.76, $39.23, $18.85, and $37.67!!! I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED ASAP!!! Can't find way to contact them. Phone numbers don't work and email returned.

Uber/indonesia is a joke. Should have followed signs all over advising to use local drivers. Requested a ride to bali airport, 1st driver tried to get 2x the rated fare. Cancelled that & the 2nd, just as bad-confirmed 22-mins away, never showed up
I have phone numbers to share, should ban those drivers
