11/20/2017 Uber - This company sucks. Two days in a row they failed
This company sucks. Two days in a row they failed to show up and i had to cancel two flights which cost me over$400. I have used them over two dozen times before and 50% of the time something goes wrong, I even had a driver at 6 am who had been driving for over 24 hours straight and was on drugs doing over 100 mph on the way to Tampa International airport.

Then if you call their customer support phone number a canned message tells you to email your questions and someone will get back to you. Are you kidding!!!! I am going to make it my job to put this company out of business.

I am writing because I took a ride today and the driver really screwed up my account, I was supposed to be on a pool for $0.00 and was charged 16.01 and then the email stated it is now 8.07. I am not pleased and have requested a call back since 09150est this morning

8/11/2017 Uber - Driver showed up, said my destination was out of
Driver showed up, said my destination was out of his, way and cancelled the trip. Told me I wouldn't be charged. Lo and behold, $5 cancellation fee appears on my credit card. No one to speak to, went to help.uber.com, selected my issue, indicated driver cancelled, should be no fee and get a message"Luckily you weren't charged for this trip". That's as far as I can get. The fee isn't the problem, it's the fact this company thinks they can rip me off at will. Cancelled my account and will NEVER use them again!! I give them negative stars by the way.

I have been using uber with a saved credit card (debit card). I have had no issues until this morning it said that they could not accept my method of payment, and I have plenty of money on that card. Could you please inform me as to why your system suddenly will not take the same payment method I have been using.
I am confused.

7/11/2017 I have a fraudulent Uber charge on my credit card
I have a fraudulent Uber charge on my credit card from France. I was in France in early June and used Uber for valid truncation. However, I retuned home on June 8th. I notice the I have another Uber charge in France on July 9th for $36.84, but I was not in France during that time; I was at home in Durango Colorado. Thus the Uber charge in France for $36.84 on July 9th is a mistaken charge or a fraudulent entry. Please advise. Thank you.

I am a rider and have uber account. I couldn't open my uber account to modify or add it.. I need to add my remark saying, let driver know, don't call me because I am deaf but driver can reach me thru text with my iPhone. How can I put the remark on my account saying, don't use phone call.
