3/26/2012 I don't even know why America let some nonsense as Virgin mobile on the market! I have been a customer for 3 years. Of course, beside some few issues with Alex, the virtual representative which you have to harass before he or it handle you the live representative, everything was fine. Here is the nonsense: Just because I would like to change company and transfer my Virgin Mobile number, Virgin mobile showed me their real face: I kept calling, calling until I pissed off: same thing all the time " error in pin, error in name, this and that did not match for you to transfer your virgin mobile number to another company". So after all these years of being a customer, Virgin Mobile cannot do me this favor? Go to hell Virgin Mobile and never again see you on my phone.

3/13/2012 worst company ever!!!! there customer service people would be helpful if they could follow through, had a 2 year contract major issues with repairs sent the same phone back 3x they sent a loaner phone with the wrong battery so it didn't work, addition mysterious charges keep showing up - they are always glad to remove them, however why do the appear in the first place? had a 2 year contract kept phone for 2.5 years - now they are trying to charge me $120 for early cancellation - keep calling them they say it's taken care of, however i now have a collection agency from winipeg calling me telling me i owe the more than $200 - this company has it's head so far up it's ass they will never see the light of day. I am sure all cell phone companies have their problems, however these guys have way more then i care to think. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

2/17/2012 I wanted to change my plan but if I do in one week I would have to pay for another whole month in full.WTF. So I am lucky to have read there terms of agreement.Watch out because you could just be throwing your $ away to this company.I have also lost a lot of talk time minutes browsing the web in which I was with the understanding I paid for unlimited web.Well I guess according to there policy they can deduct from your account without realizing what happened until the damage has been done.Good luck.

2/12/2012 My problem is how when I send a message it usually doesnt send!!!! And then I must restart my phone and everything. And currently now my problem is how I cant recieve text messages.. However I can call and recieve calls etc. And I can text people (they recieve my text but I cant recieve theres) Weird! So I called VM customer Service and they give me a variety of things to do. First off. I shouldnt need to do anything, its your problem that this happened. I didnt do anything for this to happen I was just at mall and like 15 of my friends called me saying "Nick, did you get my text"? So I told them to send them again.. Yet I DONT! I dont know what to do. ~Nick

2/9/2012 I have the same story with VM and I am amazed they are still in business. VIRGIN MOBILE is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Virgin Mobile at all cost!

1/30/2012 I AGRRE, I THINK THEY ARE RECONDITIONED PHONES. THIS IS MY 3RD ONE. YEAH THEY REPLACE BUT HOW DO I KNOW ITS NOT RECONDITIONED THAT THE STORES SEND BACK TO THEM/ BOUGHT MINE AT BEST BUY THEY HAVE A BIN AND THEY PUT ALL RETURNS IN IT TO SEND BACK TO THE COMPANY. I EVEN ASK VIRGIN MOBILE IF THEY R REPACKAGING RECONDITION PHONES AND THEY SAID NO BUT HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THIS IS MY 3RD ONE?

12/23/2011 THey have lousy phones. I uased to have the LG Optimus. Worked very nivcely, except it doesn’t have Gorilla glass, as far as I know, and the screen got smudged. Ordered the new Motorola and the speaker phone didn’t work. Since Motorila has a one year warranty, I was sent a new phone be Fedex. Customer service was good. Now the new phone fixed the speaker phone problem, but the camera will not focus properly. It definitely is not as sharp as the old phone. Virgin Mobile, you relly need to have better phones. So is this new Motorila Triumph cheaply made for the U.S. Virgin Mobile market? You really need better phones.
