Whilst in Cambodia I managed to become parted from my Virgin Mobile, I did exactly what they instructed me to do contact them as soon as possible no luck on the Internet around and round being directed to all the other Virgin sites . I then decided to phone them after going through the normal twenty odd questions I was asked if I was calling from abroad? Yes press one Twenty five mins later at $3 per min I am still being told that I will be answered as soon as a member becomes availible Disgusting service would not even start to discribe this company stay clear of them

i was did have virgin broadband and phone the phone was ok but the broadband kept playing up virgin said oh its your pc hmmmmm anyway i left virgin and am with another isp provider
and is my pc playing up er no it runs like a rolls royce dont bother with virgin media there a abosolute nightmare!!!! oh and the bill differs every month too hmmmmmmmmmm

I have had my Mobile phone stolen whilst in Viet Nam I have tried to contact Virgin to imform them , the number that is given is no longer in use so there is no way that I can contact them but they will continue to take money from my account They are a complete shambles and I suggest that anyone looking at contracting with a Phone company stay well away from Virgin

I have never had such bad service as from Virgin Mobile South Africa. I actually want Mr Richaqrd Branson to see this comment. For 4 months I have first of all tried to get my contract renewed but my aplication was thrust into a drawer and not processed. I wrote to the CEO in an Internet complaint, he has not had the courtesy to come back to me. I cancelled both phones with Virgin and they are still deducting from my bank account R80 for the one phone and R110 for the other. I want my money back for both phones as I am a 66 year pensioner and I owuld like the incompentent staff taken to task as they are clearing leecing old people like me without permission. I apologise for this comment, but I am desperate - 4 months battling with the incompentency which is not being attended to. I need to get this sorted out so that I may get a contract with Cell C. Unfortunatley if you do not respond I will have to go to the media. Many thanks
