7/21/2016 Visual Land - Bought my tablet from HSN, right from the start,
Bought my tablet from HSN, right from the start, it would not charge. contacted Visual land, and their customer service was horrible. HSN did nothing, and I am surprised. After a couple of months of trying to get it resolved, I got no where. Going to use it for target practice, as it is useless. Not the experience I wanted with my first tablet. Might as well drove down the road, throwing money out the window. I will never shop at HSN again, or buy any Visual Land product, they both stink.

Visual land sucks!!!!!! My grandson bought this tablet for me. I need a rerplacement chargef. I called customer service, and they were no help at all. They kept asking me for information that I did not have, and couldnot get. All I wanted to do was buy a charger for my prestige 10Q, and she was no help at all. It was like she just wanted to get me off the phone so that she could get done with her job. Well if your customer service comntinues like this, you won't get new or repeat customers, as word of mouth is going to kill your company. Truthfully if this is what you tolerate, then that is what you deserve.

This tablet will not charge. I have tried to call the company with no success. It is still brand new and a piece of trash. It will not charge. I will never buy another visual land product. This Tablet is junk. Prestige Android tablet .Elite 8 QS. I am so mad with this product. I brought this for my grandson and now I will have to go buy him another tablet. I've been trying to get on wi-fi and to no avail. All other devices are on wi-fi, so the problem is with the Elite 9Q. Tried contacting company and got no response. Calling Walmart and see if I can get refunded. Agree with other consumers, Visual-land products aren't any good.

this device sucks!!!! bought this on 1/26/16 and ive had to replace it twice. wont charge. finally got ahold of walmart and they will refund money for it. called visual land customer care and they just want you to jump through hoops. no I don't want to have to work on something I just paid 70.00 dollars for to weeks ago. do yourself a favor and don't buy this product. worst thing I ever bought. customer service sucks. btw im a server and plan on letting people know about this faulty product. all they had to do was honor the warranty and I would have been happy but they just wanted to give me the run a round.customer service was supposed to send me info. on how to return this item and couldn't even do that.
