Absolutely no positive rating! I get connected on wi-fi and then after about a minute I lose my connection and can very rarely get it back. I am going to flood the internet with bad reviews because nobody should spend money on this crappy tablet.

7/21/2016 Visual Land - Bought my tablet from HSN, right from the start,
Bought my tablet from HSN, right from the start, it would not charge. contacted Visual land, and their customer service was horrible. HSN did nothing, and I am surprised. After a couple of months of trying to get it resolved, I got no where. Going to use it for target practice, as it is useless. Not the experience I wanted with my first tablet. Might as well drove down the road, throwing money out the window. I will never shop at HSN again, or buy any Visual Land product, they both stink.

Visual land sucks!!!!!! My grandson bought this tablet for me. I need a rerplacement chargef. I called customer service, and they were no help at all. They kept asking me for information that I did not have, and couldnot get. All I wanted to do was buy a charger for my prestige 10Q, and she was no help at all. It was like she just wanted to get me off the phone so that she could get done with her job. Well if your customer service comntinues like this, you won't get new or repeat customers, as word of mouth is going to kill your company. Truthfully if this is what you tolerate, then that is what you deserve.

This tablet will not charge. I have tried to call the company with no success. It is still brand new and a piece of trash. It will not charge. I will never buy another visual land product. No repair center, no returns, basically throw it in the garbage. I have never experienced a customer service department so horrible . Their policies stink.
