3/27/2016 I love my 55" vizio and would love to get a bigger
I love my 55" vizio and would love to get a bigger model when the time comes. Unfortunately,your company's decision to put the foot mounts on each end rather than keeping a center base has made my TV stand not workable because it is not wide enough. I am not willing to pay another $200(plus assembly) for a new cabinet. So it appears my center mount TV choices are now Samsung or Sony. Please let the higher ups know of my feelings on this as I feel sure many others share them. As a side note, your customer tech support service is the best I've encountered !

I bought the wrong VIZIO for my wireless TV shows and VIZIO customer service returned my TV and sent me a new one. I love it. It is quick and works wonderful. Just bought another one for my daughter.

1/9/2016 Vizio - Purchased a 70 inch tv from Costco and began
Purchased a 70 inch tv from Costco and began having problems with it so I called Costco concierge Service who put me in contact with the Vizio Service department. All I received rom the service department was demands for pictures of the problem to be sent to them. After sending the pictures the service department deemed my television was fine and refused to send out a repair person. Hard to believe that Vizio corporation will not service a television set that is still under warranty. My experience with my Vizio TV has been negative. I was bullied by the service department and I do not take be treated like this lightly so... I am escalating the problem in the hopes that other TV buying customer are aware of the potential problems when buying a Vizio TV.

We bought our 65-inch Vizio 16 months ago and it won't even power up now, occasionally the screen would turn black and disconnect, then we would have to restart it all over again. The number of stars this tv should get is MINUS 15 stars one for each $100.00 we spent on it! What a piece of crap!

My elderly parents bought the Vizio 50 inch TV 2 months ago. The tv suddenly stopped working, no sound and no picture. I call tech support and got a nasty, rude and obnoxious representative. Her name is Laura. I think Laura should be fired or retrained on how to speak to customers. Thanks for being of no use!

We bought a Vizio 50" Smart TV on 1/15/13 and on 3/23/15 the picture turned to green spots all over the screen. We contacted vizio with them just to tell us the board is going out and that it would cost just as much to fix as to buying a new one. They said they stand behind the product. Only one year warranty and that they won't help us with getting it fixed so it is looking like we spent 698.00 plus tax on a JUNK TELEVISION .ANY suggestion on what to do being we don't have the money to get it fixed or to buy a new television ????

7/13/2014 I just bought a Vizio 55" Smart TV about 8 months
I just bought a Vizio 55" Smart TV about 8 months ago. I have always felt that the sound really sucked on this tv. I am replacing it for a Samsung which had superior sound quality. Now at times when I try to adjust the volumn louder the volumn will go all the way to 100 and I will not be able to control the volumn, mute or power switch. I have to unplug the tv and cable box and wait for the cable box to reset which takes about ten minutes before it will work again. Next purchase will not be a Vizio.
