4/22/2014 Wb Shop Review - I purchased four Blu-ray 3D Movies
I purchased the following four Blu-ray 3D Movies on the WB Shop website March 03, 2014.

1.The Polar Express Blu-ray 3D w/Slipcover. (They shipped the wrong movie)
2.Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Digital Copy w/Slipcover. (This movie was correct)
3.Final Destination 5 Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Digital Copy w/Slipcover. (They shipped the wrong movie)
4.A Very Harold And Kumar Christmas Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Digital Copy w/Slipcover. (They shipped the wrong movie)

I called the WB Shop on March 17, 2014 at 7:10 P.M. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up! After I got off the phone, I sent the WB Shop an e-mail regarding the incorrect movies they shipped me. I'm still waiting on a response to this e-mail! I called the WB Shop the next morning at 8:30AM, I waited on hold for approximately 5 minutes before a lady answered the phone. (I should have got her name) I told her, I ordered four movies on March 03, and three of the movies I received were wrong. I told her the only movie that was correct, was Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. I told her, I received the wrong version of The Polar Express, and according to the description, it includes the slipcover. I told her, Final Destination was Blu-ray 3D only, it's suppose to be Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Digital Copy. I also told her the movie was suppose to include the slipcover. I told her, A Very Harold And Kumar Christmas was Blu-ray 3D only, it's suppose to be Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Digital Copy. I also told her the movie was suppose to include the slipcover. She asked what my order number was, and verified which item numbers were wrong. She stated, someone picked the wrong movies, but according to her computer, they have the correct movies in stock. She asked if she could put me on hold, so she could verify stock on the correct movies, and to make sure they have slipcovers. When she came back on the phone, she said she didn't know what happened because they have plenty of the correct movies in stock. She apologized for shipping the wrong movies. I told her it wasn't her fault. She told me to keep Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, and ship the other three movies back. She verified my e-mail address, and said she would e-mail me a return shipping label. She stated, they would either ship me the correct movies once the tracking number showed the movies had been shipped, or as soon as they received the movies. Either way, it didn't matter. I live in Indiana, and it only takes one or two business days for shipping. I received the return UPS shipping label on March 20, 2014. I printed a copy of each movie listing, then wrote exactly what was wrong with that movie, then placed each paper around the corresponding movie. The nearest UPS Drop Box, was 16 miles round trip. I shipped the movies back on the morning of March 28, 2014. According to the UPS tracking number, Jason at the WB Shop signed for the movies on April 01, 2014 at 10:26 A.M. I e-mailed the WB Shop 16 days later, asking when my movies would be shipped. The WB Shop never responded to my e-mail! I e-mailed them again, still no response! Kelsey responded to my third e-mail.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WB Shop. I have pulled up your file, and forwarded up the request to take further look into these items. I added no refund was requested, but you wanted them with slipcovers. They will go in and verify they have slipcovers before we ship you out a new set. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Regards,
Kelsey

I checked stock on April 20, all three movies with slipcovers were in stock.

I checked stock on April 21, the WB Shop is out of The Polar Express 3D with Slipcover. According to their website, the other two movies are still in stock.

As of April 22, I'm still waiting on my movies! It's been a week since I received an e-mail from Kelsey!

Thank goodness my employer offers legal assistance! I'm taking legal action if I don't receive all three movies by April 25, 2014.

Think about this before you place your next order online at the WB Shop!
